They couldn't make the simplest things anymore difficult. They don't have what the list on website in stock but still allow you complete the order only to call and say "yeah sorry don't have but we can switch it something that's at least twice as expensive"

Would give 0 stars if allowed. Ordered 5 individual gallons of paint all different colors. Received 2 of the same color. Job was almost half hour away from the store. So time and gas. Got there and instead of just giving me the gallon (that they messed up) had me give back a gallon of paint that is useless to them. Unreal.

I have a contractors account and every time I purchase paint from this location in NODA they don’t give me the contractors discount. It’s the only store in Charlotte and the surrounding area that treats me this way. I will not be purchasing paint here ever again. Also tell that girl to put on a smile when dealing with her customers. I always feel like I’m bothering her to come get paint.
