DO NOT buy a car from this place even if it's your only option. Take the bus or find other means of transportation before buying or financing a car through this place. I have had a payment plan in place since 11/12/22 and when I'm down to my final payments they tell me that my payment plan has been voided and they repoed my car WITHOUT NOTICE and telling me I'm behind $435 when my payments have been paid every month since owning the car with receipts of payment, my contract, and all emails, and text communication to prove it. I am a single father and I had no way of transportation to pick my son up from daycare the day they repoed my car because it was gone out of my driveway the day I needed to pick him up. This company is shady CHRIS GONZALEZ and MARY MARTINEZ are all liars and very deceitful. The company is going under or is already under and trying to dig themselves out of a hole. I am in the process of suing this company, reporting them to BBB, and taking any other form of legal action I can take for STEALING my car and NOT ALLOWING me to get my possessions out of the car or even tell me where my car is unless I make a payment, provide proof of income, proof of residence, and references and I can only make the payment in cash which to me seems VERY shady. So run as fast as you can away from this company and be sure to tell everyone you know not to purchase or deal with sign and drive unless you want to be in a bigger hole than you already are. I can't wait to watch this company go under and win my lawsuit against them. I doubt they can afford lawyers anyways since they like stealing from their customers.

TERRRRIIIBBBLLLLEEEE car place to purchase a car from! Community credit sucks! They don't communicate. They never made me aware they they were coming to repo my car. They just came and got it with no warning. They would constantly drafting my card everyday up until the week they picked up my car! Customer services (CHRIS) hung up on my husband when he told them that we were suing them for not notifying us and we had just made a payment TWO weeks ago! NEVER AGAIN! they will be hearing from my lawyer

Paid $1,000 deposit towards a $24,000 car and it’s been less than 30 days since i got the car, and the car lot said they put / mounted a new motor in the car, but the motor just decided to fall out while I was driving down I-75. they told me if i could tow the car to them they would fix it, and here i am two weeks or so later and they saying now all of a sudden “i had to have hit something that made the motor just literally fall out of my car”, and they want me to pay him $900 to get the motor fixed like lemon law doesn’t apply to my situation the 11th just made 30 days officially. i want my car fixed for free because it isn’t my fault that the motor fell out. they are every unprofessional the main owner won’t answer phone calls but wanted to text my phone and leave messages on my phone.

I will never send anybody to then only because of how the payment center treats you. Ive never missed a payment, i have auto pay. They didn't take funds out when scheduled so funds wasn't there anymore. They Harassed me like i always missing payments. This was the first time this has ever happened. Miss no payments thru pandemics. Im a true customer and the dis me like that. I told them when funds will be paid. They wanted to get all in my business. Im like hold up you are car dealer i don't have to send you proof of anything. You only need payment. I felt like i not only sign for a car but signed my life over as well. They arw a little too nosey. Now the car sealsmwn was great. It's the payment center i didn't like.

Wow...if I could give them zero stars or less I would. Received several text messages and phone calls in regards to a payment that a rep said I didn't make. I spoke with him and he told me that interest would be accruing because my payment was late. I made a payment in their system and was given confirmation and noted the draft from my bank acct which always comes out immediately. He asked me to send him a receipt of where I made the payment in "their system". If anyone should have this information...it should be them. This is harassment. Things like this don't happen at "Legit" businesses. It is not acceptable to contact and harass me about a payment that I made in your system and on top of that I pay a fee twice a month to actually make the payments. I have a major problem with this and it is totally unacceptable! Constant harassment about insurance and payments...not to mention major car work within the first few months of having the vehicle and throughout the course of having the vehicle, that of course was not covered under "their warranty program" that I pay for. I should never hear from anyone at this place ever unless I actually miss a payment. They require this ridiculous insurance coverage that I have never encountered at any reputable dealership before. My insurance company even had to reach out to them about this coverage. Once I am done with them I will never deal with this so called business again and will highly recommend that anyone else run in the direction of another dealership. I can honestly say that my dealings with them has been the biggest headache of any business that I have dealt with. They truly don't care about their customers. Stay away from them!

I just don't understand why no one can ever answer a simple question they always transfer the call to a voice mail. If you don't know just simple say that. It's a bad look especially for customers who are always ontime with payments and no issues I just need them to answer simple questions and they never can. It's frustrating especially since they never try.I don't know how to reply to your comment so I'll edit this one. I was simply calling to find out all the information on my account as far as remaining balance, paying off the car early, and making extra payments. That was the simple issues I had where my car was concerned. Not even issues really just questions that no one was able to answer.

Sign and drive is a huge rip off. I have had a Terrible experience with this company since I began business with them.Overcharging for repairs, community credit threaten to repossess my vehicle for 30 dollars owned to them after receiving more than half of one installment, and stated they would charge me 350 dollars to get my vehicle back during the corona pandemic.Not only just that, They have the nerve( a few weeks prior) to run my card on file and over charge my account 100 dollars I had to bring my bank statements to the prove. If you have any sense DO NOT DEAL WITH SIGN AND DRIVE OR COMMUNITY CREDIT. Best regards. A sign and drive customer

I definitely will give sign and drive 5 stars. If i could give more stars I would. I was helped by Luckey I think I said his name right. Kison is his name. Very patient and kind. Great customer service. I honestly thought I was gonna walk away with anything because of my credit isn’t where I want it to be but he actually gave me positive feedback every time I said something negative about me not getting my car. I’m beyond blessed because I walked away with a 2013 Jeep Patriot. I couldn’t think kison enough for giving me an opportunity. This is the place to be y’all if you guys are looking for a car.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ATTN: PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW01/27/21 I had a wonderful car buying experience w' Robert from the Wilkinson location. He was extremely helpful and attentive to what I was in the market for and worked diligently to assure that I left satisfied. He heard my frustration and asked for my patience and understanding while he worked his magic! Mr. Robert was very informative about the different options I would have as a first time buyer or lessor. I came onto the lot hopeless from experiences at other lots but I am leaving completely satisfied with the service provided and the vehicle that I get to call my own!Thank you Robert & Sign and Drive Cars!Update (one week later 2/3/21): one day later the car had been taken back by the lessor and I am still waiting on a refund and cancellation letter from the dealership, I requested a refund back almost 5 business days ago now!Update (two weeks later 2/8/21.): I received only a $370.00 refund of my $1,000.00 down payment and still no one is answering my voicemails or returning any of my calls. Robert who I thought to be so gracious and diligent to work with has blocked my phone number! This is ridiculous all due to verification going haywire with me being a contracted employee. For me to not receive my FULL down payment for only having the car for 36 hours is ridiculous, even if there was a charge for the "repossession" of the car I stay only 9/10 miles away from Sign and Drive ... that's no more than $120/150 charge. I didn't chose to end the agreement they did! This is no punishment of mine and if need be I will report this to the Better Business Bureau!
