Below average service and terrible owners! Fought with them for days over an overcharge. Save your appetite and wallet by going to the nearby Smoothie King on South Tryon. Never had any problems out of smoothie king till this location.

This bowl right here was delicious! PB swizzle with açaí frozen berries base. It was fantastic! I am hooked !! A bit pricey but my new favorite thing ! Açaí base , purely Elizabeth granola, diced strawberries, bananas, whole blueberries & peanut butter. It was so yummy! Go get it ! You're welcome!

Arrived 45 min before closing, all chairs were flipped on tables as if they were already closing for the day (no where to sit if we wanted to). I said “hello” twice to the lady working behind the counter, she never looked up to make eye contact and never replied to my hello (my son and I were the only people in the store and the blenders were not running so I am certain she could hear me). Then when ordering I had to repeat details of my order (as if she didn’t listen the first time I gave it to her). I felt as though she was annoyed we came in to spend our money there.Today was a totally opposite experience as compared to previous visits to this store. They were always very pleasant until today. The smoothies have always been good though.

The app was having problems today and almost skipped getting a smoothie today. I am really glad I ordered in store this time. The customer service was top notch. They explained corporate was having issues with the rewards issues. She seemed genuinely apologetic, and reassured me that I would not lose my rewards. Great start to my day.Oh and the smoothie (Blueberry Tart Cherry Activator) was good and just what I needed.Clean store, plenty of parking, almost no line around 11am.

One of my favorite Smoothie makers is Smoothie King. I purchased Peanut Power Plus strawberry. It was very healthy and tasty and just made my day. Looking forward to ordering more Smoothies on my Birthday. Happy!
