Awesome doctor, awesome staff! Helped fix my girl's chronic ear issues. The techs are always awesome and knowledgeable. Whenever I had questions in between appts, u guys are always willing to answer my questions. I feel Roxie is very cared for when visiting this practice. So grateful what you all do and how u have helped my old lady ?

Our pet may or may not have an allergy. The folks have been very helpful trying to figure this out. Their approach is logical. They have communicated throughout the process, and the process continues. My pet is exceptionally "high spirited" and they do a great job with him.

My dog Jubilee gets so excited going to her appointments. She loves everybody in the clinic and goes home happy. I get all my questions answered and good information. For me it is all about Jubilee.

My pup doesn't always like to open up to new people, especially if they're about to be examining her, but the staff took their time to make her feel comfortable. The staff were also really good about taking their time to explain everything to me and answering any questions I had. I didn't feel like I was just another person with my dog that they had to see that day; they truly cared, were personable, and I could feel that they wanted to help.

Dr. Piccione literally saved my cat's life. She diagnosed him with PF and treated him with the right medications. His recent bloodwork came back perfect! So thankful for Dr. Piccione's care. Dr. Piccione has been so knowledgeable and great. I can't say enough good things.

The doc that attended us was awesome. The whole staff that we interacted with was awesome. I went here as a referral from my vet because my German Sheperd was going deaf and no longer hearing my commands. After doing some tests they determined that my dogo had a bad ear infection. I was given some ear drops with antibiotics and within 1 week, my girl was hearing me again and can now hear low sounds again. Being able to have her hear fully again when I call her was well worth the 30 min drive.

It was pretty underwhelming. woke up at 8 am, drove 2 hours, spent another 2 hours at the clinic, paid $500. For them to tell me he has an ear infection (yes I know. He always does, that's why I'm here) do the same treatment as my normal vet then refuse to prescribe long term maintenance medicine for it until after a recheck visit.
