I ordered online from a separate company, Home Depot. They called me 30 minutes before my scheduled deliver, after the items had been loaded onto the truck for Southeastern Freight Lines, and tell me that they can’t deliver the items. They then proceed to tell me that one of the options is I pick it up myself, they take it back to the warehouse, or I have a forklift. I’m not a company, I’m just a regular homeowner. It somehow became my problem to organize how the items were going to be delivered between Southeastern Freights and Home Depot. How does a deliver company tell you they can’t deliver? After the items have already been loaded into the truck? Are you saying a “freight company” doesn’t own a forklift, how did you get it onto the truck? How are you going to pick up a contract from Home Depot, then say sorry we can’t deliver it? Also, I still haven’t received the items, I got a notification that they were delivered, but to where? If you’re wondering what I bought, it was vinyl privacy fence. (A “freight” company can’t deliver freight.)

Delivered a full load. Was immediately put in a door and unloaded. I really don't ask for much more than that. Bonus, every one was friendly and great that I spoke to.

I was contacted for a delivery appointment which Southeastern didnt even put the freight on the truck that day. I contacted them and was told I would get a delivery the next day which also didn't happen. Again freight was not put on truck. To avoid further delay I went to the terminal 40 mi away and picked it up myself. Thank you Southeastern Freight lines

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, WOULD PICK SOMEONE ELSE IF I HAD A CHOICE. Product arrived to them a week later than promised and they will only hold the product for 48 hours without incurring storage fees of a couple hundred dollars while we are on a vacation we planned the delivery around. Called up and was given various dates and timelines each person I spoke to (and honestly felt lied to a few times). So now I have no choice but to delay my flight and accept the product which weighs a ton while it is pouring rain all day when it is being delivered and find a way to get ti inside my house.

They hire drivers who have no regard for public safety. On 2/18/22 my family and I was ran off the road by their driver with plates 28 6286 LTennessee U554940 who refused to yield and sped up as construction was merging the lanes. This took place at 10pm. To whomever the driver find another profession because your reckless behavior is bound to kill someone.
