The staff! Most definitely I appreciate the manner of notice when my funds was low and made me want to pay them first prior anything for the way they handle the situation; obviously if you need a store there is some sort of transition your going threw. Thank you and all your staff

The staff for the most part are friendly and helpful when you require their assistance. Of course there were some customer service issues I dealt with on occasion, but nothing of a regular basis... I rented a storage unit for 2 years. However, this year the prices have gone up 2x in the past 6 month, hence my graceful exit especiallywhen the notice to increase would arrive less than 30 days in advance. With that in mind, during covid, when we all fell on hard times, you remember, I was late 1x on a payment..goooodness the late fee is ridiculous, and I felt no compassion by the reps who I was communicating with about this occurrence. Finally, the facility itself is well maintained and clean, but you will see some big dead roaches year round. Once, I saw a live baby in my unit and I raised concern but I rather see them dead than alive and I haven't had any infestations since moving my items out and back into my home...>~<(Fingers crossed)_Will update if needed_

Cube Smart took care of all of my storage needs. I have been a customer for over a year and had no complaints, issues, and always received great customer service when visiting my storage. The units are clean and climate controlled. I will always recommend this storage facility whenever asked recommendations. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

5 stars hands down to Ms.Melissa the manager at this location. From the moment I got my unit she has been the best. She knows her job and is super friendly, I would recommend anybody to get a unit with her if you're looking.

Me and my friend had an amazing experience with one of the associates in CubeSmart. She gave us a very extensive tour of the facility which made us feel very at home and safe with the stories in our products. Shout out to Shaunda Layne :)

As I arrived first thing in the morning, the young lady (Shaunda Layne) greeted me at the door with so much positive energy. It totally made my day as my day started off kinda hectic. She was able to help me with getting authorization to a unit and was very helpful. She's freaking awesome!

Reserving a unit was super easy and once I got there everything was organized well! The unit was clean too and so easy to get to especially with carts.

Melissa & Shaunda we’re absolutely divine! I had a few hiccups not choosing the proper storage unit size and Melissa helped me effortlessly and efficiently! The rental process was smooth online and upon arrival Shaunda was an angel, from adjusting my access code to assisting me within the unit. I will recommend this specific location to any friends or family needed storage space. These ladies are a gem I hope this review rewards them in some way for their out of the way kindness and for all of their assistance!
