Spectrum Center is a hi-tech arena that hosts major rock concerts and sporting events like March Madness. The venue is described as decent and really nice, with easy parking and tight security. It is easy to get to and easy to leave, with good flow and helpful signs for navigating. Many find the seats comfortable and cushioned, though some in the upper deck are very high and some seats lack leg room. The arena is noted for being very clean, with immaculate bathrooms and facilities thanks to constant cleaning. Experiences with staff are mixed; the arena is well-staffed with helpful and enjoyable employees, but some guests report rude staff at entry and an incident with security. Food and drink receive significant criticism. The food at basic stands is not good, with specific complaints about pizza and pretzels, and food quantity in the luxury suites is very low for the price. While there are lots of great bars and bottle service in suites, a policy of pouring bottled drinks into open cups causes spills and frustration. Suites seem renovated and clean but have basic amenities, and there have been technical issues like blown speakers and critical POS system problems causing multiple charges. Despite drawbacks, some guests plan to return, opting for suites to be closer to the action.
With all the growth around the city, they stand at the tower in the ambience of entertainment and shopping!

Sound system was terrible not a good experience hard to get into and out of and don’t think I’ll be going back. I mean it’s the third time I’ve been to a show where the sound system is so bad it makes the music bad.
