I had to cancel due to unexpected circumstances and when I called- this evening-I spoke with Nadia. The BEST customer service I’ve had on the phone in a long time. I appreciate her patience and letting me know about all the details if I decide to get internet again. This is the type of service anyone would be thrilled to deal with. Especially while having to cancel a plan. I’m sure I will be back with spectrum when the time is right! Thank you for being awesome Nadia!

I came to return my equipment which was a nightmare to even try and call about it to begin with. Then when I finally was able to I brought it to this store. Please DO NOT COME HERE. the staff called an upset customer “retarded” because he was frustrated for waiting over an hour to also return his equipment. I have been waiting for over an hour for something simple. They need to hire more staff or just fire all them bc they are all rude as hell. They are liars and don’t follow the sign in kisok they have and had people cutting in front which is so unfair for those who have been waiting OVER AN HOUR TO RETURN EQUIPMENT. I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION EVER NO MATTER WHAT.

I've had internet with them for years and it never worked it wouldn't get over 100 with speed they asked me to pay for new lines they said the lines on the pole were bad and they don't have enough people at this area too change it so I would have to pay for it it was over 5000 dollars I have verizon home it speed is over 300 and 55 a month I was paying 78 every month and it wasn't even working

Prices are too high plus they ask for tips ..for what ...for hanging over a box of candy . Not nice at all... outrageous

Do not return equipment here. I waited in line for 45 minutes before I gave up. I was still fifth in line. While I was waiting in line, I called Spectrum and they informed me that I can return it to a UPS store.

On 02/21/2025, I went to the South Blvd. location to buy a new phone and return my old one. Damion Jordan assisted me. He told me that it may take a while for transfer since I was transferring from an Android to an iPhone. He was distracted since “managers” were there that day. He asked another employee to complete the transfer process. The time was 1:15p. The message on the phone said “estimating time to transfer’ after two hours. I questioned about restating the process and was told that it would take too much time. At 5:30p, nothing had happened, and I was told it could be another 6 hours. I had already been there for over four hours. I asked to speak with a manager (Aundria) who was also very impatient with me and said she could lock the phones up and let the transfer continue overnight.
I went back the next morning. NO transfer had occurred. Kevin was there to assist. He restarted the transfer, and it was COMPLETED IN 15 MINUTES. I am very grateful for his help and knowledge.

I have returned equipment to this location multiple times. This evening on March 12th I walked in to a store with 3 tellers and only one person waiting. As soon as I walked in the clerk on the far left yelled from across the store “just sign in over there.” I was confused since I’ve never been ordered to sign in. He yelled it again. I walked out. I will be going to a different location and will be cancelling an additional service with spectrum and signing up with att. That’s not how you treat customers.

Service was decent- I was trying to drop off my mother in laws equipment and the wait was LONG to just drop off something. the service people who were there were taking forever and goofing off for the most part- it was 6pm and I just wanted to leave and go home. I was #6 in line and honestly it shouldn’t have taken as long as it did.

I have spent over a month trying to complete a simple Account Takeover, which Spectrum promised could be handled entirely online. I followed every required step, received multiple assurances that the transfer was finalized, and yet Spectrum failed to process it. Instead, they kept billing me for the old address and are now forcing me to visit a store—contradicting their own advertised process.
To make matters worse:
I work from home and have NO internet at my new apartment. I can’t even set it up because my account is still tied to the old address, where I haven’t lived for a month.
I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving—at two addresses. I am writing this from a hotspot.
I have wasted hours on 10+ phone calls and multiple chat sessions.
I literally cannot reach support without carving out hours of my day.
The new tenant just had shoulder surgery and physically cannot go to a store. They could have weeks ago if Spectrum had told us this sooner—but that ship has sailed.
Spectrum refuses to honor their own process, shifting blame and offering empty apologies instead of action. Their responses have been extraordinarily dismissive ("just call")—as if I haven’t already tried that.
I have exhausted every option, and my only remaining course of action is to escalate this through the FCC, BBB, and a bank dispute for improper billing.
If you are considering Spectrum, be warned: their customer service is a nightmare, their promises are meaningless, and they will waste your time without hesitation. Look elsewhere.

Im solely judging this review based off of the outstanding, above and beyond customer service I received from Edwin. His level ofprofessionalism,attentiveness and product knowledge is remarkable.
Initially, when I walked in this store I received zero acknowledgement from any of the associates and after patiently waiting 15 to 20 min for help. I had to physically approach a associate for assistance.
However, as I was getting ready to take my business elsewhere.Edwin came and saved the day,was readliy able to assist me with no delay although he just finished wrapping up with previous customer.I believe all staff should mirror Edwin level of professionalism,customer service,product knowledge and critical thinking skills. Five stars 🌟 for Edwin!
**Rating for the store itself: 1 star in my opinion. Needs improvement overall.
