AMAZING service from Ryan!!! I just switched over to Spectrum Mobile and not being techy, I was apprehensive about switching carriers. Ryan was patient, reassuring and educated me about using Spectrum Mobile. The switch was seamless and as a senior citizen, I am VERY grateful!I would recommend Spectrum and Ryan to all!

After being overly charged online through spectrum, I came in to the spectrum here in the Pineville area next to my new home & was promptly greeted by Fonz— and let me tell you he took care of everything.Sometimes they try to upsell you on one side but when you come in person, there are people like Fonz, who make sure to take care of you, and make it hassle free.Less than five minutes he was able to rectify all these add-ons that I never approved! ? THANK YOU, Fonz for your professionalism and warmth!If only everyone in the world still operated like Fonz.Spectrum you are lucky to have FONZ! Please give this man a raise. I live down the street and now I know if I need anything with spectrum I’m just coming straight to him.

I don't know what's worse, trying to get this company to combine accounts, or trying to get them to auto draft money out of my account. If you add an alternate payment, they won't bill it! They just keep you in service until you have to pay a ridiculous lump sum that you did not see coming. Can wait to switch to another carrier. Phone representatives are rude, at times clueless, or have no way to address concerns. Thank the lord for Ryan Reynolds, Mint sounds more lovelier than his face!

Twice over the past year I have received outstanding technical support at this store. When transferring my account to my new Charlotte address, a store salesperson quickly provided the technical advice needed. Today, I had a problem with emails on my laptop that couldn't be resolved after a chat with a Spectrum technician. Within 10 minutes of arriving at this store, Fonz had diagnosed and fixed the issue. Exactly the type of support a customer needs. Well done!

Fonz at the Spectrum Store provides AMAZING customer service! He not onlytook care of my needs but went above and beyond with an offer I didn’t know existed, saving me more money and increasing the bandwidth. Go in and see the Fonz, you never know what he’ll do for you!

On Sunday June 11th at 3pm, the internet went out due to bad weather (which it always does with this provider anytime it rains “too hard”).The last time this happened the technician was negligent and didn’t turn my Wi-Fi back on for my building’s unit, so I went a WEEK without internet (as a work from home employee). Extremely unacceptable….Today, Monday June 12th at 6:30am I called to see why my building still has no internet (again as a work from home employee) and no updates on what’s going on are in the system. Technicians have supposedly been working nonstop since but I was told it’s just my building without internet again and that they have no idea when the internet will be working again.Then at 7am I received a text saying if my service outage lasts 4 hours no or longer then I’ll receive a credit as if there hasn’t been been a service outage they’ve been “working to restore” since yesterday at 3pm….Update as of 9am: I received a call and text message saying that the internet was restored YET ONCE AGAIN, my building is still without internet even though the “internet is restored”.I called a representative who I am now speaking with and even though I have been without internet since Sunday at 3pm and they’ve sent away the team that was “working to restore the internet” I now have to wait until tomorrow Tuesday (June 13) at 10am-11am for them to be able to send out a technician to fix my building’s internet. Negligence to my building only ONCE AGAIN. Spectrum’s service is a joke at this point honestly.I’ve literally never dealt with a provider that had as many issues with providing internet as Spectrum does. It makes no sense..then they try to push more services on you as if they are efficiently able to provide the one internet service you’re forced to have with them if you live in an area like mine where they are the only provider. The only plus out of all of this is the old technician supervisor that always is quick to help after the week of me going without internet but I shouldn’t have to bother him for things like this.Update: A lot of false advertising when it comes to the efficiency of this company’s internet. Yet ANOTHER random internet outage in the middle of the day today at 2:30pm for no reason at all for the next four hours. I work from home and when I say ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING with this company’s internet it always is. Then they don’t send out technicians for days typically. If you can get another internet provider other than this one, please do so. They sent me a text saying my internet is restored when my apartment is the ONLY unit still without internet.I have to wait until Saturday for an appointment..so no Wi-Fi to work from home the rest of my work day or tomorrow..WOOHOOOO !

The manager Carrie and the technician Robert were immensely helpful. There was an issue with my wife's Pixel 6a phone relative to compatibility. They did everything I could expect to try to make it compatible with no success. That being said, they were a pleasure to work with and their customer service was excellent.

Amazing customer service!! The store was clean and quiet and we were helped very quickly without and appointment. Ask for Alfonso Darity—he is wonderful! 10/10. Highly recommend.

I was sold on this amazing plan over a year ago when I signed up for Spectrum Wi-Fi. Now I’m in a position where my line has been cancelled (for no reason, not non payment, no one in my family called to cancel just received an email) now I am being charged the remaining price of my device. Also, I was told IN STORE that I could receive a free line, now I am being charged for it and they can only tell me that they are not responsible for what the in store reps say. So I guess they are liars? I’ve had multiple phone services over the years and spectrum is by far the worst. Go with ATT or Verizon, you may pay a little more for the first few months but at least the bill will be consistent and your calls won’t drop every single day.
