So we have been having an issue with our account for almost a week. Customer service has been no help. We walked into the store here by North Lake Mall and Maegan who works here helped us in less than 15 mins. She is amazing! She stopped us from leaving T-mobile and was so personable the entire time. She made us feel valued and appreciated as customers even when multiple customer service reps from T-mobile customer service made us feel bad and unvalued. I’m grateful.

They didn't acknowledge me when I came in and then refused to work on my phones claiming they don't do data transfers after 6pm even though they close at 8. When I asked a few questions, they didn't give clear answers. Went to the Sam Furr location and everything was done immediately.

The manager Maegan has been amazing through all my interactions. She has went above and beyond her job. Each visit had to take time but the atmosphere was so welcoming, it did not feel long.I will definitely go back. Maegan and Leora was cool as ever.

I travel out of my way just to come to this store when JOSH is here he is so knowledgeable and welcoming he can put the fire out in an upset customer with his professionalism! He’s so patient and willing to go the extra mile. Maegan the store manager is also the go to very pleasant and has a willingness to assist with grace and patience. Again this is nowhere near home but this is my T-Mobile home!

I went to 2 different locations and none of them were able to help me. This location was different. The manager and Joshua went above and beyond to help me.

Took my elderly father-in-law in to get help with his phone. We walked in and were the only customers in the store. The young man who greeted us was friendly, but when I asked if they had a chair for my father-in-law (he has mobility issues and walks with a cane) the young man glanced around the empty room (there was a female employee sitting on a stool behind the other counter looking at her phone) and said they did not have any chairs. He did not even bother to check in the office to offer a desk chair or anything. He proceeded to look at our phone, but after a couple of minutes my father-in-law could not stand any more so we left. We drove up to the store on Sam Furr Rd. and had wonderful service in a comfortable, handicapped-accessible space. I will not return to the Northlake location.

I recently visited this store to switch over my father's mobile service. When we entered the store it was two employees sitting down at a desk, one even had his feet up on the desk, chilling, like he was not even at work. Neither one of the employees greeted us, and we had to walk over to the desk to get help. For about ten minutes they sat at the desk and really didn't do much to help us. Eventually we left and had to go to another store.

The issues with my phone are SOOOOOO ANNOYING but the patience of the young man who helped not once but twice in getting me connected back to the network is great! Thanks again. Still experiencing issues... at this point I feel it's just the phone. Galaxy S23 looking mighty fine lol. May need to upgrade/trade in already. Anyway- good customer service.

This location is absolute trash. You could barely tell if the store was open, lights were completely dimmed down and there was 2 workers who don’t even greet customers as they walk in. Getting information is like pulling teeth. I came here as this location was close to home but I will never be returning

If I wanted someone to call me pet names every other sentence I would go to a old diner for a meal or England, not a T-Mobile store. An employee wouldn't stop calling me and every customer "baby" along with other various names which are way too intimate for strangers. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
