Service is always so so slow. The team member just gossip with each other. There were 8 people standing waiting for there drink and when I went to ask how much longer ( my order said it would be ready at 10:40) she said it’s coming…… yes I know it’s coming but how much longer. It’s 11. 20 mins past my time it said it was going to be ready.

I don't live in Charlotte so this Starbucks location isn't one I visit often. I am here every couple of months for work. The last two times this location was across the street from where I stayed. Every time I have come into the store I have been impressed with the level of service I have received. All of the staff every time has been extremely friendly. The store is always clean, which is no easy task as they are busy at this location. My drink is always right and the egg bites I order always taste good. Back to the staff. Rachel helped me each time I came in this trip. She not only remembered my order after the first time she also remembered my name. Which is again impressive with the level of customers they serve daily. She greeted me with a smile each time. All of the staff members did. I am not sure who the manager is at this store, but well done. The customer service skills of your staff are amazing. So if you are in the Charlotte/South Park area this is the place to get your morning coffee.

We all know Starbucks drive-thrus are always a dicey proposition. On one hand, they're a blessing for those of us with dogs who scream if they're left in the car for two seconds, absolutely. On the other hand, going to a drive-thru for custom-order drinks is asking to wait in line. And you never know if someone in front of you has four separate drink orders like a triple shot latte, room temperature, with one shot of vanilla, sugar free, and half skim and half cream or something, extra dry. Anyhoo. I've been any number of times to this particular Starbucks and the experience is so unpredictable no matter the size of the line that I'm rarely sure what I'll get. Today sort of sealed it for me: this place has well earned a "good enough but just barely" two stars. Don't ever, ever, EVER allow the drive-thru line to stop completely for over ten minutes - as it did today for no discernible reason - while several customers parked, went in, emerged with drinks, and departed. Now sure, some might have been order ahead but a few got in line and bailed. No explanation or apology offered for the massive delay either. And after all that, my drink order wasn't right. Sometimes it's right. Sometimes it's not. And sometimes the line moves well and sometimes it doesn't and you're stuck. I've been to a lot of Starbucks in my life and they run the gamut. This one is why I usually go to Mugs or Burr & Berry.

I visit this location 3 times a week and the young lady making me drink order got upset because I stopped her making my drink incorrectly and then proceeded to say I didn’t tell her I didn’t want whip cream and I know I did because I had to repeat my order twice and I never get my drink with whip cream and her attitude was terrible. I called and spoke with the shift manager as I was pulling off and just let her know I did not appreciate the girls attitude towards me and she didn’t have to give me anything free I just wanted her to be aware considering Starbucks is not cheap.

I normally come here as it is around the corner from my house. I just left there 5 minutes ago and went through the drive thru. I placed a mobile order. I was yelled at by someone (not the man at the window, but a woman) for not giving them enough time. She was very rude and yelled “for future reference, you need to give us 10 minutes because we JUST got the order”. What is the difference between ordering at the speaker and ordering online? I can’t give you 10 minutes when ordering at the speaker?? They were also slow.

This is the worst run Starbucks I’ve ever seen. It’s always SO slow and no one seems to care. Also what is happening on this counter right now?? It’s disgusting. Please do better.

I typically come to this location since it is so close to me. I will start with the only positive! My order is always correct and it does taste good. My issue with this location was an incident I was involved in this morning 12/23/23 7:35am. Long story short I decided last minute to place an online order on my way to work for a tall latte (NOT TOO HARD OF AN ORDER. LOCATION WAS NOT BUSY). I will admit I ordered it about 1 minutes before pulling in due to like I said it being a last minute decision. Once I got there I went in the drive through and told them I have a mobile order etc and they told me to pull forward. The employee at the window said "It will just be a few minutes they are finishing making your drink." A different employee came up to the window who I was assuming was a "Shift Lead" of some sort and she told me "We have told you MULTIPLE times to please order 15 min ahead of time for your mobile orders and do not place it when you are here on our app. If you could ACTUALLY follow these instructions that would be great. Do not do it again" I was in absolute shock and said "okay". As I was waiting for my latte to be finished being made it finally hit me that she said "they have told me multiple times". I have never been told this by ANY location before. Nor have I "always" done that. Therefore I told the drive through worker that "his lead who spoke to me needs to be more kind and that I have NEVER EVER been told this before. The lead might have me confused with someone else. Approaching a customer like that was highly inappropriate and to always make sure she has her facts correct before making the assumption and pissing a customer right off." I am very angry and disappointed in the service I received today. If I was not heading to work I would have gone in the store and made a complaint to her face and speak or request to speak to whoever is above her. Customers who do not deserve these remarks do not need to have someone scolding them at 7:30am for NO reason. Recognize you clients/customers correctly before anything. Matter of fact TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!

I dont typically come on here to write a bad review. It's usually a good review of a deserving business but this location of Starbucks has to be the worst. I love how they have a drive through and it is really convenient to me, but half the time I come (Which has been a lot lately) my drink is made wrong, and it is such a simple order!! Its a flavored latte and I substitute oat milk! When you approach them that your drink has been made wrong they are also super rude as well. I am not coming to this location anymore, there are so many better ones to go to.

I stopped here on the way home from an appointment and got the new Christmas Coffee. The drive thru line was long, but moved fast. The people working there were super kind and the coffee was amazing!
