The customer service at this star is top tier. Each morning i go in im am greeted upon entry. I have tried to get all there names but have not been successful. Patrick, Carlos and the rest of the morning crew are amazing. I hate i can't name the young ladies name in the morning, they are full of personality and kind. Each visit they know my drink by heart. Customer service with a smile. This store rocks the ENTIRE team is amazing!! 10 stars!!!!

Very nice seating and cleanliness of the Cafe. Has 3 bars so they can actually make drinks at a decent pace which is nice. Got my North Carolina cup here.

Service was subpar at best. The wait was too long for the drive thru. And I also didn't receive my order, I received the wrong order & had to park & go into the store to get my order which defeats the purpose of using the drive thru.

Starbucks has always been my go-to coffee shop, but recently, there have been a few aspects that need some attention. Firstly, the wait times at busy locations can be frustrating, and it seems like the staff is under pressure to serve customers quickly. This sometimes impacts the overall experience as the rushed service can lead to errors in orders. Additionally, while Starbucks is known for its variety of drinks, the menu could be simplified to make it easier for customers to choose. Lastly, it would be great to see more environmentally-friendly practices, like reducing plastic waste. Overall, I still enjoy Starbucks, but there's room for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.

Nasty rude drive thru employee with brown hair. She gave me the wrong drinks & instead of correcting it, she pushed them back out of her face with a nasty attitude. Luckily, her coworkers fixed it but nobody wants to pay for food/drink when nasty energy like that is at a place a business.

Management here is so uppity it's ridiculous. Who I can only guess is the GM is rude to no end. Doesn't care about customers or their order let alone about the bugs inside. Hate to see if he treats his employees the same as the customers. The whole layout of the store isn't all that attractive. Like all Starbucks the food & drinks are over priced & are either wrong or under cooked. I guess this is how the Mid to South End locations are managed & run.
