Waiting 35 minutes for a triple espresso is crazy not to mention being stuck in the line because you can’t leave due to the way the parking lot is layed out. Honestly I think there’s a wait almost every time I come here it’s getting old.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. These girls behind the counter are the worst Starbucks employees I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve been here multiple times and get treated the same way. They’re very disrespectful very rude. Don’t tell you what’s going on and they make conversation with each other about their personal business and have no sense of urgency for the customer. when you see these two women there, just head in a different direction. If Starbucks corporate knew what was going on here, these two would be fired. I hate how they make conversations with all their friends while they’re making your coffee, but could care less about the customer.

I am a avid Starbucks customer and I have never seen an underwhelming display of customer service. I'm not sure if the employees were there to work or hangout. When my sister asked for her drink 15mins later she was met with an attitude as if she interrupted the employees. The drink was make over to only be thrown away b/c it was made incorrectly a second time.

I have never received service this bad before. These individuals above were so absolutely disrespectful. I almost want to cry from the level of service I received and I was actually afraid for my life. My friend and I ordered a strawberry frap. My friend received hers as I stood waiting for the next 15 minutes. I asked if my order was being made and apparently I upset the workers who advised me clearly they are busy. I simply just wanted my drink and didnt understand why I was still waiting for something my friend received 15 minutes before me. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there is no manager. Finally a young lady named Pam came to me stating she is the manager however her badge stated trainer. I asked for the young ladies name that was being rude and Pam walked away. I finally caught her name apparently it's Diaja. I finally received my drink that was basically thrown at me and it was watered down. I then went back and stated I was not trying to be difficult however my drink was watered down. The staff was upset and called me a few names while laughing. One of the staff members advised them to not say anything but apparently I upset them. I finally received my recovered drink and unfortunately it was not good as well but just for the sake of not wanting to make them even more upset i just took it and left. I am not sure why they felt the need to be that rude to me however I am disgusted by the service I received. I will never go to that Starbucks again in my life

I would have give a big 0 if there was the option.Those two young ladies are very rude, disrespectful and think they can treat customers the way they want. You should teach them customer service skills. It's unbelievable for Starbucks to hired non professionals people to work for them.Those ladies are rude, disrespectful, impolite.You guys have to do something about it.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I never use this Starbucks but decided to make a stop after picking up an order. Immediately as I walked up to the counter the younger female rolled her eyes. As I was taking my order she continued conversation with her coworker. Both were fairly young and really shouldn’t be incharge of running a shop by themselves. Both had an attitude the entire time the associated with me. Then continued an incredibly inappropriate conversation as I waited for my order. Im not one to ever leave reviews but I was genuinely astonished, I’ve never had someone in customer service make me feel like im the issue and shouldn’t be there, the entire length of my encounter. As the man called my order I walked up to grab it and the entire time he eyed me up and down, I grabbed my order and went to go walk away and with the most disgusting attitude he goes “you’re welcome HAVE A NICE DAY” when I looked back at them(I was already walking away upset with the encounter) they were both making faces as I was walking out and laughing….. I’ve never been so disappointed and EMBARRASSED with customer service interaction.

and her Marvel bracelet. Neither was actually taking orders. In addition, there were four people in total behind the counter and only one was making drinks. Why are there four people on the clock when one is on the register, one is making drinks and two are leaning on the counter?
