I wish I had a before and after picture. My car is a 2019 ES 350. It had not been washed since June and I had been traveling so both outside and inside were filthy. I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from Alan and even more pleased with the courtesy and professionalism I experienced from the owner Kia. I even watched her handle a challenging situation with grace class and professionalism. I just moved to Charlotte but “The Auto Spa of Charlotte” has retained a client!!

Auto Spa was great for full detailing! I drove my car over and was able to walk back to my house it was so close. In a few hours, they texted me when it was ready for pick up. I felt like I drove away in a completely different car than when I left it.Services: Steam cleaning

Amazing customer service and a great job on the detailing. To say the least, the car was a Disaster… dog hair everywhere and it hasn’t been cleaned for roughly a year. They did a fantastic job with ensuring the vehicle was looking as good as it did when we got it off the lot. Would definitely recommend anyone to drop it off, go grab lunch, run errands and you’ll come back to a beautiful car! Thank you again! We’ll be back!Services: Steam cleaning

DO NOT GO HERE. This was my first detail and I made an appointment through the website initially but never received a confirmation. After texting with the owner I was able to get another appointment at 9am FROM THE SUGGESTION OF THE OWNER. After arriving at 8:58 I was told the reception was running late and somebody would be there soon. I left for a second and was called by the owner asking where I was and I told her I was up the street. After arriving back at 9:25 and entering the building STILL nobody was there. By 9:40 still no employee had arrived and I was told to just leave my keys and that I could pay through cashapp. She was very quick to request the money and text back regarding the payment but at this point nobody was even at the establishment. after having my car from 9:30am-4:00pm and $150 I was given a “tidied” car at best. NO detail had been paid attention to and even basic detailing needs were not met. The windows are smeared, there is still dirt that I was easily able to remove with a little spit, the trunk was not even touched except to put my things back there and the seats were still dirty. At this time I am waiting on a text response from the owner regarding this.Services: Full body wash

The auto spa of Charlotte is fantastic!!! They saw me same day (within an hour) and were honest and transparent about advising me which service to use, being that I was looking to sell my car. The car looked better than it did before I bought it! My mom and brother thought I had a whole new car.My car was not in great condition before due to sitting for a long time, there was some mold on the exterior. Before I got it detailed I was offered $7500 for the car at one dealership. After it was detailed, I took it to a second dealership and got $9000 offered!The team is INCREDIBLE. Paid $210 for a full detail, and the work performed was not up to expectations. They did clean the carpets, but just gave the interior a quick wipe down. They missed all compartments and did not clean the seats thoroughly, or at all in the rear. I took my car back and they went over it again, but they still did not clean compartments, and every gap and crack, b pillar trim, seats, center console was left dirty. They did not clean the truck bed, and left water spots all over the vehicle. All they did was put more greasy stuff on my tires and trim when I came back.This is not a full detail at all, and they were given a chance to fix this and did not deliver. In addition, I had to chase them down at every turn to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Picked it up in the dark after the second day they had it after calling several times. Right here and local; 2317 Statesville Ave. I always try and support my local independent businesses.These guys are out here doing their work and grinding away.No matter the weather and/or the temperatures, they're still out here doing their work, to make sure that your vehicle is looking it's very best.Their prices are more than reasonable and their work ethic is second to none.Does your vehicle need some TLC?.Take the time, stop on bye and knock off some of that Winter grime.They take cash and/or credit.
