We stayed a full week. The room had 2 beds with sofa bed, kitchen with fridge stove pots and dishes in room. Indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, free 24 hr laundry room, gym, tv and WiFi. Complementary breakfast and dinner. This hotel feels like an apartment! So comfortable and the staff is welcoming and helpful. The courtyard and fire pit was great at night for relaxing. Definitely going to visit again.Nearby activities: Theme park Carowinds is close by for a fun day. The Carolina mall is down the street for shopping and there are great restaurants and quick bite places in walking distance.Noteworthy details: Housekeeping services have to be asked for otherwise will come after checkout. You can get clean towels from front desk otherwise.

Definitely the best time I had. The people here are so nice. The hotel is very clean. The food is delicious. They treat everybody's so good like if they were family. Definitely a good place to bring family and friends for a nice getaway. Shout out to all the staff. It was nice meeting y'all and hopefully I see you again and thank you for the hospitality

Very clean, nice rooms, cool courtyard, get indoor pool with a hot tub, and good breakfast. Very friendly staff and really easy check-in and checkout process. Onsite parking, lots of good restaurants nearby, across the street from Harris teeter and down the road from a Publix. Room has everything you need for a long stay. Would definitely stay again!

I take my two young kids here every so often during the winter for their amazing indoor pool - also a jacuzzie, both of which close around 10. There's a 24 hour fitness center. I didn't use it but it looked well maintained and clean. Lots of equipment and televisions to watch. Even had the rubber mats.I personally love how they tack on the $50 extra a check in for incidentals, because there is a tiny little "store" adjoining the front desk for anytime goodies. They have soda, Gatorade, ice cream, shells and cheese, ramen, all sorts of OTC medicines. And they're not overpriced either.Breakfast is phenomenal. They have the standard waffle maker, but also sides of strawberries and chocolate chips (those ones you can add to the bagger. They even have a yogurt parfait bar. Plain and vanilla yogurt, mixed fruit and granola. There are real scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries and waffle fries cereal, bagels... etc. you get the idea. And the room where you can dine is very spacious. Regular tables, high tops, some couches and chairs facing televisions. And I will absolutely going back as it warms up because the closed in outdoor space - kind of enclosed by the building forming a large octagon shape..there's a huge fire pit. There are horseshoes and corn ball. Tons of seating. I mean, with the rooms also being suites with full sized kitchens (stocked with absolutely anything you'd need) anyone wouldn't blink at paying over $200 a night...But being that one night, with that, usually amounts to $150-$170 is the reason I can make this happen for a night or two for us every so often.Front desk is so nice. Last time we went, instead of my son and daughter, it was my son and his friend whom we'll call a handful. He and my son are 6 & 7 and have been bff's forever. They go at it, fighting all the time, but I could always diffuse the situation. Our vacation like atmosphere must have made him a bit more cheeky, because I'm almost scared to return now haha. I took a QUICK shower because the whole time my son was saying , "don't do that, you're not supposed to do that!"So I dress quickly and come out to a knock at the door. Our little friend called 911! So embarrassing. But I'll continue to go back to the "good ole days" where my (apparently astonishingly well-behaved kids) can enjoy all their amenities in the manner for which they're provided. Thanks Staybridge...for not kicking us out hahaRooms: Gorgeous, HUGE suites, with doors separating the bedroom and living area. Kitchen with full sized fridge, stop top (no oven) dish washer and even a garbage disposal.

Room was nice but if you’re wanting a hot shower this is not the place. Spoke with front desk was told what I get at home I can’t expect at a hotel. Which may be true but I also DONT expect to get our shower shivering. Bad experience for such a special occasion.

Very disappointing. Apart from all the little nuisances like the toilet seat that slides off every time you sit on it, no trash can in the kitchen, and only two forks, they don't allow you to use Chromecast or any casting devices on the TV. Yet they don't provide a channel guide on the TV or separately. All they provide is a channel listing. You have to scroll through until you find something. Very dated! Do they realize it's 2023? Also the Wi-Fi is extremely slow. Again, get up to date! This is an addition to the above review. We're staying here for 5 days, we're in day 3. I have been asking for additional towels for 2 days now. I'm told every time "they are in the wash". Seriously? No towels? I've been told they will bring them to us when they're "out of the dryer". I have been waiting 2 days for that delivery, still no towels. We will not be staying here next time.
