“Delicious meat. In fact this place has the only edible meat in all of North Carolina. Cheap prices except for the lamb/beef, but the quality and taste make up it. Very friendly staff and an assortment of international goods. Perfume, plates, and various kitchen appliances are also sold and I can confirm are decent quality. Spices are very cheap and sold in large amounts. My favorite store in America.”

“This is the largest Asian market in Charlotte, in my experience. This store offering a wide variety of fresh seafood, including fish, lobsters, crawfish, shrimp, mussels and live crabs. Their vegetables have a lot of option and they are so fresh. They carry a vast selection of seasonings, from all over Asian and even have some from South America as well. They isle is arranged in very organized way, you can tell that they put by almost each country per isle such as Thailand, China, Japan or Korea. They have many kind of ingredients dry or wet, hotpot bases, instant noodles, and more. You’ll also find imported Asian snacks, beverages, and a variety of frozen foods like dumplings, noodles or vegetables. They also offer freshly cut pork, beef, and chicken in different cut. Also, if you hungry, they have some type like small food court that you can should and pick to eat, roast duck, chicken or pork roasted. Definitely come back for this location.”

“I just love the checkout process at Aldi. The line can be really long but the wait is never too long. They recently rearranged the store some moving the produce closer to the entry and pushing pastries and breads a little further in. This location is always clean and in order when I visit.”
“Upon family request, on Xmas I was asked if I could do a Arroz con Gandules (Puerto Rican). Compare FS was one of the very few “anything” open in the Charlotte area. Being out of state (Georgia), I was surprised of the very good Caribbean/Central/South American variety of products they have shelf stable and fresh. The staff was kind and helpful, the prices were a little lower than what I get back home. I recommend and when I go back, I would definitely shop there again.”

“Aldi's is my go to grocery store now. I did a couple of price comparisons on items other grocery stores and Aldi's had in common and I found Aldi's always had lower prices (10-25 percent lower).No issues with finding parking, and the staff is very helpful and pleasant if needed.”

“First time at this Compare Food location, and everything was perfect! From the shopping carts to the customer service, everything was great. The cashiers, the staff stocking the shelves, and even the vendor offering masa samples (which, of course, made me buy the product) were all wonderful. At checkout, one of the cashiers helped unload my cart, and Mr. Carlos kindly helped bag my groceries. Everyone had a smile on their face, and the store was clean, welcoming, and made me want to shop. Congratulations to the manager of this location and kudos to all the employees!”

“I came from a big city Chicago. So this place can't be comparable with Super H Mart in Skokie IL. It's good enough for Charlotte where most farmers live. This is the place where you can get oriental food, drinks, fish sauces etc. It's about 20 minutes from CLT airport.”

The only negative thing about this Aldi location was navigating how to get there. I hate having to make a U-turn to get into a parking lot.

“This business is also listed as El rinconcito Chilango taqueria, but I am listing it under the name as it appears in most other places. This place has the best tacos I have ever had in Charlotte, period. I grew up in Texas, near the border and have eaten Mexican and Tex-Mex food as far back as I can remember, so I'm always looking for Mexican food that is "just right" - this place is it. I've had most every kind of taco made here over the years, looking for the best, and I'm happy to say these are, in my opinion, the ones. If you haven't tried their tacos, please do and see how they compare to your favorites. For me, the right sauces, the right seasonings, the right ratio of ingredients, and the right roasted veggies thrown in all make this a perfect taco meal.”
“Chester working in the deli area deserves a promotion and a raise. He is one of the most genuine people in this industry. No matter the crowd size he treats you as you are the only customer in the room. This treatment is very rare these days. Everyone else is in rush-rush mode. I think they could learn a lesson from Chester. He also deserves credit for store promotions! Chester was excited for the new tik tok sandwich craze and even welcoming the high number of viewers bringing steady business to his store. Chester deserves great credit for his professional demeanor, calm and reassuring assistance, and mostly for showing that he cares. He is a proud employee and wears it proudly. It’s a discount store for heaven’s sake’s.This store does have its challenges like most others, but the prices, the set up, the quality, the cleanliness, and the customer service has always exceeded my expectations all things considered. That lost boot review topped the list of ridiculousness ( bro! just how long did you expect them to hold on to that boot? Make it make sense ) People shop at stores like Aldi’s for the quality and savings, and not to compare with other stores that charge almost double the price. If you want more expect to pay more.”

“Very affordable. Some stuff runs out and I guess they don’t restock throughout the day, so I wouldn’t advise going late in the day or evening. But that might have just been the day I went.
You pay a quarter for the shopping cart, but you’re supposed to get it back. We didn’t get ours back because we couldn’t figure out how to chain the cart back to the others. Another shopper we asked didn’t know either so they left their quarter too.
Maybe there should be an employee who works on the carts?”

“This place had a little bit of everything from fresh sweet bread(pan dulce) to fish. Visiting from Texas this is as close as I could get to HEB or Fiesta and honestly didn't disappoint i found everything we were looking for. Only thing I didn't like was the parking lot wasn't kept it.”
