I came in because I was having an issue with billing after having cancelled service. I walked in and was helped by Christopher Z. It's really rare to encounter someone in retail as well spoken, thoughtful, concerned about the customer, and precise as this guy. He spoke very coherently, clearly, and communicated with your back office tech folks very clearly as well. You can tell he thinks before he speaks, and isn't just off the cuff with people. Shook my hand too as I left, wished me a happy new year, and I'm not even a customer anymore! He definitely has a knack for professionalism. You aren't just a number to this guy. I might even consider becoming a customer again and signing up with him.

If you are looking for a great experience, this T-Mobile is the location to go to!! We ended up spending 2 1/2 hours here (even a few minutes after close) getting new phones, accessories etc and we were treated with such kindness and patience! Kels, Christopher, and the Store Manager ( I can’t remember his name ) were so kind and willing to help. Thank you for everything, we are forever T-Mobile customers for the very reason of the support and compassion the brand and it’s amazing staff do every single day.

I'm not sure if it's a lack of training or care, but they were the most inexperienced staff we ran into. We called 611 like they wanted us to stayed on the phone for 2 hours. Just for them to tell us nevermind you don't need to call, which than prompted them to say oh wait actually you do need to call. We ended up leaving and just going to the better t mobile.

Local office for T-MOBILE customers. Had phone issue that could not be resolved over the phone. Service tech was great. Explained issues and he resolved then all. Was not busy as I went close to closing time. Office not too far from home.

Worst ever experience. The african-american store representative has a bad attitude and is not helpful at all. He was rude to the point where it was better to leave the store and never come back. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone.

Spent wayyyyyyy to long in here, but I appreciated the manager staying until my issue was resolved. Only 3 workers and it was busy on a Sunday.

Kelz was amazing! Went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met! Even noticed something’s on my account that shouldn’t have been ,and he immediately went into action in getting those things corrected! Thank you for always going above and beyond!

Visited a few days ago Customer service wasn't really good,the guy that assisted me with my phone,was doing things on my phone to help straighten out an issue I was having,I asked him to tell me step by step what he was doing,if it happens again,I can resolved the issue on my own,he wasn't friendly but he was polite,he exhibited a strictly business attitude,as if I was a number and not a human being,I don't usually write bad reviews; however this wasn't a good experience I will rethink visiting this location in the future.

The staff at this location is truly professional and courteous. This location a jewel amongst a sea of swine. The visibility is awesome. The community is undergoing a major positive change. I will strongly encourage and recommend becoming a patron of this location.

Due to this store T-Mobile lost a customer today. I walked into the store at 10:30 am. Two people were working there and each person was working with one other person. Nobody said welcome in etc. However I sat 10 feet away from one employee for almost an hour. He never once acknowledged me or said he'd be right with me, however he continued to have a personal conversation with the lady he was 'helping" intermediately. I don't think he could work and talk and have a personal chat at the same time.I just switched to Pure Talk for $35/mos unlimited!

The most unprofessional customer service I have experienced. Waited in the store for over 20 minutes while every single representative stayed in the back talking loudly. Not one of them came out to see who entered the store and there were several customers waiting. The representative that handled my upgrade failed to inform me of what he was doing to my account, failed to informed me that my phone was or wasn’t eligible for a trade in, now I’m stuck paying on a phone I don’t need. Still love T-Mobile. However, this store needs to be reviewed by a regional manager.
