First and foremost Nat, Nat is the person to go to! She and this other guy that was next to her (wish I asked for his name) was truly helping me through the whole process. Granted it took longer than I expected but I originally went in for the home internet and came out with a new phone, home internet and other offers. The only slight downfall is we didn't go over the Netflix on us offer and the free security cameras due to me having to leave for work. However I will call the store and ask if that's still available. Either way still very happy with my purchase and at a great price. Thank you Nate and the guy that was with her!

Nat was terrible. She was one of the customer service representatives. She was on her phone scrolling through social media while I was standing there asking her questions about a phone repair. She didn’t even once look at the damage on the phone. She was very short in her answers, seemed clueless on her position and push offish. I recommend not going to this T-Mobile or going to a whole new company. Again her name was Nat

I went to the store asking for a free phone since I am a current client. The associate told me yes, there is this a phone and all I have to pay is $70 ,that what it is going to cost you.I got Suspicious and called customer service to find out that I was signed into 25 months contract to and will get reverse credit to be able to claim that phone for free ( $70 was activation and taxes)After the intervention of customer service they returned the phone but still charged me activation fee and taxesBe careful when you buy from this store make sure to get everything in writingBy the way the Federal trade commission is the best place to file a complaint

If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. My partner went into the store in January to trade in his phone as a promotion while also adding his line to my plan. Unfortunately for him the employee he dealt with did something irreversible on the account and charged him for a new phone, and stole his phone he was trading in. We did not realize until the first bill, we have been to the store multiple times but the employee no longer works there and due to high turn over with the managers it is still unresolved to this day. I strongly advise not to use this store or at least record your visits so you have some sort of proof in case of future issues.

Horrible experience. Employees here are very lazy. And shows no compassion. Very rude and bad attitudes. I do not recommend this establishment.
