1/10 orders is correct. Tonight these clowns charged me for sauce but didn’t include the free sauce. Why do y’all charge civilians for the corporations to make money when all that happens is y’all get fired for not making their money? KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND IT WILL BE BETTER FOR YOU. How are you going to run my card for extra sauce and then not give me the free sauce. I haven’t even checked the rest of my order… YO MY BAJA BLAST IS SUGAR FREE. WHAT IF I WAS ALLERGIC TO ASPARTAME?!

Ok this review will seem pretty but I have to write, especially since Google prompted me to. 2/5/24 8:40 pm. Ordered 2 Bean crunch wrap supreme, 1 steak crunch wrap. Very simple order. The drive through cashier kept entering the wrong things, then try to correct it, multiple times. I can see on the screen it's wrong and each time I pointed out, he would subtract extra steak, add beans but they were still steak based on description and price. I did not sit there analyzing it, it was evident in less than a second that the order is completely wrong. He finally gave up and convinced us that he got it right but when I saw the bill, he had 3 steak with one of them with Bean added. So we asked him to fix it before giving us the food. Another guy next to him (i assuming manager?) had him fix it, confirmed everything and handed over the food and said it had extra steak crunch wrap as they had already made it anyway (and charged me). We get home and guess what, all 4 had steak and 2 of them had added beans. I normally would not have complained but they similar mistakes last 2 times we ordered anything with no meat. I just didn't want to deal with calling them and explaining. This time I said enough is enough and the went back to get what I asked for. The cashier acted like he was mad and pouty. After much discussion they handed me 2 Bean crunch wrap supremes. I can only assume they got it right because I trashed it, can't trust food served by a disgruntled employee..i only go there because it's the closest fast food and a quick stop on the way home and oh, btw all the outside lights were out when I went today. Maybe it was an one time electrical issue and I can look on past that but the service provided was disgusting. I hope Taco Bell management or the store owner reads this and take some corrective action.. until then I am not going back to this disgusting location again.

Unfortunately they are quite understaffed and service took a ridiculously long time. I understand being understaffed, however it was a weekday at 6:00pm and the store and drive through had barely anyone, yet for my $5 order of two things from the dollar menu, it took 33 minutes. On top of that, my friend specifically asked for no refried beans in any of his food and yet both things he orders have refried beans in them. Unfortunately I would not come back here even if the food was free. The owner of this franchised location needs to seriously clean up his act or just shut the whole place down.
