All food was cooked properly and the service team was nice. As with any taco bell I would recommend a combo meal to keep the price down.

I'm done giving this particular location chances. Every time I've gone here, I have to wait so long to grt my food and it's lukewarm when I get it. I feel like I'm being rushed to order when going through the drive thru and they forget my food or get it wrong. It's the closest Taco Bell to me, but I'd rather drive further than come back to this location

This is literally the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. They take one car at a time through the drive thru and each car takes at least 10 minutes. So many cars just give up and leave. There are probably 8-10 cars in the line at all times.

So not ear here. They have the slowest and worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Taco Bell. I did an online order through the Taco Bell app. When I arrived at the restaurant the drive through line was 15+ cars deep so I went inside to pickup my order. I was asked what I needed and told the young man I had an online pickup order from the app. He disappeared into the kitchen and I then waited 30 minutes for my food to be made. At leaat my food was hot but the Chalupa shells were mushy. While I was waiting at least 15 delivery drivers came through the lobby to pickup their orders and all of them got their orders within 10 minutes of arriving while I was still waiting. I will never return to this Taco Bell again. Worst experience ever!

WHAT IS GOING ON AT THIS TACO BELL? COULD SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME MAN!!! THIS LOCATION IS TRASH WHOEVER THE MANAGER IS THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED OR TALED TO THIS JUST DOSENT MAKE ANY SENSE I ORDER MY FOOD WITH NO CHEESE AND NO SAUCE, WHAT DO I GET CHEESE AND SAUCE !!! LITERALLY I JUST SAID NO CHEESE NO SAUCE!!! EVERY ONE DONT EAT CHEESE AND SAUCE JUST OPEN YOUR EARS AND LISTEN TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER SAYS , WHY COME TO WORK TO BE A GANGSTER JUST DO YOUR JOB !!! YOUR WORKING AT TACO BELL NO CARES WHO YOU ARE JUST FIX THE FOOD RIGHT !!! THIS IS THE WORST !!!

UGH!!!! Every time I visit this Taco Bell there's always a problem, well TODAY I was compelled to write about it. There's ALWAYS something they are out of....soda, napkins, plastic ware, even some food items. Can the manager ever get the inventory correct?? Next, the girl at the drive thru window is ridiculous.... I added extras to my nachos and she upcharged me $100 for each item, when I went to pay and retrieve my food I notice the soda is a size medium, I tell her the combos come with a large soda....she tells me they are out of large cups... WHY the upcharge then?? My upcharge should have been free. This is the most ghetto taco bell to ever visit in Charlotte, EVER.

I didn't get to eat there. I showed up at 11pm from the hotel, and they said I couldn't have food because I don't have a car to take through the drive thru. Very upset

Can someone please take my order and help me? I ordered food at a kiosk even though I had cash. Nobody greeted me and there were 4 parties waiting for food. So I left.
