I ordered the chicken burrito and it inly consisted of lettuce sauce and a small amount of chicken. I see in the reviews this is an obvious issue. To the owner or management please note, doing these behaviors are reportable and you hot the right one that is going to do it. Heads up just reported you to the health department as well. Better get this place together.

I ordered a crunchwrap supreme for the first time. I had barely no meat at all. I called to express my concerns to the manager by the name of Tiffany. Instead of her addressing the issue and asking to see the picture. She’s telling me the ingredients and saying you only get one cup of meat. If I’m a customer is calling to complain about food, 1 on 1 customer service you apologize, and fix the problem. Im willing to show pictures and bring the food back. The customer service at this location is terrible. I’m not sure who’s over the hiring process but next time please choose someone with basic knowledge of customer service to be a manager. Look at the pictures below to see what I ordered vs what I got.

Walked in and looked at the entirety of this place, the prices for the fast food and walked right back out. No employees to be found up front, order boards up front, dirty, impersonal place. Would NOT recommend.

I placed an order on GrubHub and when I got to the location 30 minutes after I placed my order (Mind you this is at nine in the morning and the entire restaurant is empty and there are no orders ahead of me) The lady working there told me that Grubhub is a separate company, and that she hadn’t received an order for pick up. I showed her on the app that I had ordered it 30 minutes ago, and she said to give it a minute so that it can refresh. She went back to her computer system, and there was my order already placed… She wanted to blame the system, but it was really her not checking the orders.

Taco Bell customer service is terrible and ordering kiosks are a joke. Fewer employees but prices are still sky high.

They always forget part of my order, every time I come here they always forget to give me a chalupa or burrito I ordered, one time I asked the girl at the window if that was everything and she gave me a look, but the proceeds to forget 2 of my tacos, like what??
