Gave her some of those crystals mints for her lungs and she loved them!! I started coming to Taj in 2020 and fell in love with their fragrances. Everyone tells me that I smell great and that is thanks to their oils! They’re so sweet! I used to work in the shopping center and spend my break just talking to them! They’re always like “Wassup Sis” lol. I am not able to go as much anymore because of my work schedule but when I do, I am always so happy to be there!

Exceptional customer service and product variety. Zaz the owner was friendly, knowledgeable of all the oils and gave great recommendations. His sister and wife were also so amazing helping us smell as much as we can and not rushing. They customer service is 100%. Come and support this family owned business. The oils smell amazing. I can’t wait to come back!

I'm giving the business 4 stars on the customer service. I loved the atmosphere of the store and the different varieties of fragrances the store has however the organization could be a little better. NO I've never ran a business before but I do have managerial experience I think if they have one person running the register and one person letting people smell different oils I think the store would run a lot smoother on the weekends. I can't wait to go back during the week so I can experience it when its less hectic.

This store is a GEM! After seeing the viral Tik Tok, I wanted to experience the store for myself. The customer service and energy was outstanding. They made me feel comfortable because I wanted to smell ALL of the oils and they let me do just that with a smile on their face. It was also a good experience. I felt like a kid in a candy store lol. The prices and deals are great too. I came all the way from Greensboro and it was worth the drive. When I first moved to Charlotte I was so homesick. I came across this amazing establishment one day and instantly feel in love with the energy of the store. However, the beautiful energy and aura of that owners struck my soul. I sat in the store that day for a few hours. I have moved back to South Carolina, but I think of them often. My brother and sister I miss you so much and I will be to see you soon!! I need so much stuff and to feel y'all's loving energy the most.
