I would avoid this target, they are apparently either so hurt for business or so lazy they have expired/expiring food on the shelves. I shopped on 6/6/23 and was in a hurry so I get home and the food is old or I have 4 days to eat it. This is unacceptable, do better.

It's convenient having this place here, but the service is unacceptable. On both of my last two visits, I was unable to find what I was looking for, and I couldn't find anyone who could help me. And when I did find an employee, they didn't know where the item was either. They need to hire more people.

there's so much potential at this target but do not go if there are truly items you need...bc they won't have em...take the extra 10-15 minutes to go to the one in Concord or Northlake. this one is straight booty. my online orders are never complete, the bathrooms are always dirty and they have the exclusives just super trash tees and very bland plus size clothing.I gave it 2 stars cuz I'm there a lot but only because it's convenient.

I got EVERYTHING i needed and more did you know ultra is now in target! Its a smaller target and it fits in perfectly in this big side of town! Oh and the employees are very great too! They do an awesome job keeping that place up! If target was heaven these employees are the angels!

This target sucks, it's right near a university and needs to be twice as big. Anytime I ever order drive up orders they are always cancelled and they never have what I order. If I do get to pick up an order, I have to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to come out. This is ridiculous and needs better management and 60 more workers. Anytime I go inside they have one lane open for checkout and the rest is self checkout. Someone needs to manage this better and get more staff.

I had my wallet stolen nearby and the people that stole it went straight to this store and made 11 attempts in a very short time frame to run multiple credit cards. Where was security? You don't stand at one self-check counter for several minutes and continue to swipe cards over and over without it raising some concerns. I have been told that Target's policy is that even if employees suspect something they can't do anything about it (only the trained security personnel on site). Maybe that is why thieves go here and the fact that it is a ghost town as I saw mentioned on several other reviews. Police stated that it was a hot spot for theft. DON'T go here. When I called to notify them of the situation (as I had to for theft protection on my credit cards), they were not very sympathetic at all. I was told that over the holidays, they had to hire outside security because the place is so bad for crimes.

Unfortunately this is the closest target to me and therefore the most convenient. However, on several occasions I have done order pickup just to get home and not have multiple items from my order (none that were cancelled). There is also clearly no rhyme or reason in how they bring out the orders. I pull up and the next 4 or 5 cars that pull up get their orders before me. Very frustrating. I've also called the store several times when they've forgotten items and not been able to get ahold of anyone to just make sure my stuff is there for me to come back and get. If you can avoid this store for order pickup, I would.

Good morning, Customer service It is very important and this target is definitely missing the mark! I have sat back and noticed that security will watch and follow individuals to the point of feeling uncomfortable with shopping. I had a very simple return to do to this location. ($14) Apparently Ms. Latoya in guest services was not in a good mood to be at work. I approached the counter Ms. Latoya looked at me then continue to fold items that were kind of all over the place in customer service. I understand but no one wants to come to work to fold clothes that appears to be all in MESS. Sometimes it's not what you say is how you say it in her attitude was absolutely horrible! I requested the manager on duty Ms. Brandy as always was very helpful and very friendly. Mrs. Heather as store manager I would advise you to spend less money on loss prevention and more money and customer service training for your staff!

I didn't catch the person's name that was working customer service on 7/13/21 around 7:27 PM ET, but she was phenomenal! The person in front of me was basically giving her a hard time about not being able to find colorful underwear. Apparently he had a pack of grey and black underwear and someone on the floor couldn't find the colorful kind for him. The lady at customer service tried to come up with options for him like visiting another Target, but he was adamant to get the colorful kind from this specific Target because he prefers this location (his words). At one point I said out loud that one of the locations that she mentioned is actually closer to where he lives. He didn't here me apparently as my mask muffled my words. Long story short, someone else on the floor was able to find the colorful pack, brought them to him, they weren't colorful enough for him, and so he wound up walking out with the pair he came to customer service. The lady at customer service handled this in a very professional manner and in my opinion deserves a raise and/or promotion. I had to have been there for 15-20 minutes throughout this entire thing. At one point I thought there was a hidden camera and that John Quiñones was going to pop out. The store overall has a nice vibe to it as I visit it from time to time and never had an issue. This experience that I witnessed at customer service alone doesn't have me second guessing my decision to return and shop there.

This store is never stocked up, a lot of shelves are left empty majority of the time. The staff aren't very helpful, they tell you "I'm not sure" or "that's not my department" instead of making an effort to help a customer. This is the Target you go to if you have no other choice.

Litter all over parking lot and bathrooms were unattended and needed cleaning. Not sure if team members are short staffed but the lack of upkeep of the overall store area needs to be addressed. . The employees I came in contact with though were nice.

My favorite location to shop. Consistency is key. Every time I've shopped here I've had a very pleasant cashier and never have an issue finding an associate on the floor when I need help. Even when the store is busy around the holidays, the customer serve no receive is always there!! I've driven out of my way before to come to this location! From the managers down to the young man retrieving the carts, there's no shortage of smiles (well before the mask mandate lol) and always willing to help!

My cashier was amazing. If I can find my receipt - I'll come back and add her. The store is neat, however if they have the signs above the aisles instead of as you walk onto the aisle it would be helpful. I had a 20% off coupon which I received on my last visit and clearly stated what was not included for the coupon. Everything going up correctly and my cashier thoroughly explain the target circle app to me and how I can use it on this visit and follow up visits. This is an extremely busy area especially now (holiday season). Parking is plentiful however.

I love that this target has not been updated to the new confusing layout! Target was clean, and the people who worked there were very helpful. They have a great clearance section!
