I have done three pick up orders in the last week and a half due to an injury that makes it extremely difficult to grocery shop. This order had over half of my groceries missing. Unfortunately, due to my injury, I can’t go in the store and when I try to call, nobody answers the phone at all. I always get a refund, but I never get the actual groceries that I ordered and I have to go find them somewhere else. I will not be doing any more order pick ups from here and I highly recommend nobody else does either.

The Hispanic lady that stocks overnight/early am that looks like ms puff (from SpongeBob) needs to be fired. She withholds items from stocking and will buy them herself or hold them for others to buy. Thankfully she forgot one day and her stash was found by another associate.

Self check out being 10 items or less and only 1 register open constantly. Slow cashier... dont come here unless you have time to waste standing in line

Disappointed that Target has ended DEI initiatives that give equal footing to racial minorities, veterans, and new mothers. Used to be my favorite store but I will no longer be shopping here. Do better.

Women’s Bathrooms need cleaning. This Target’s bathrooms often need some care when I visit. Toilet paper and other debris are found on the floors of the stalls. I can’t count the times it’s been clean in there. There’s often a mess.

Target Midtown deliberately sold me damaged goods with items leaking in the bags. When I went to return them the “manager” tried to argue with me about the items not being damaged when the items were clearing spilling out in my bag. This location has continued to have issues.

Do not attempt drive up. They allow 90% of the spots to be parked in with no one in the cars. So you have to wait until someone comes out after they’ve shopped and moves their car to pick up your items.

Delivery not within time frame- tried calling 5 times and it rang about 20 times each call and someone answered only to immediately hang up

Top flight security of the parking spaces for the mobile pickup.
He called us out but yet let the others who sit in their cars and say nothing to them.
I know you’re doing your job but it’s just a parking space and you don’t have 20 people coming at the same time.
You should work for security then because obviously there’s a lot of theft going there, maybe you’ll do great at that honestly.
I’ll pray for you, hope you find a better job other than target mobile orders on a Saturday buddy.
Get your life together. Smh

I usually love going to target but the past few visits I had to walk out. An employee I believe she’s a manager her name was Tamaka. She was extremely rude not only to customers but I seen her treat an employee like they weren’t even a human. That isn’t right target. If that’s how your employees treat staff I want no parts in supporting target. I’ve never walked into a store and seen someone treat people like garbage. If I could I would give no stars. I’ve seen this happen a few times. Target do better staff like that should not represent your company.
