Someone please, please call corporate and have them visit this target. I have never seen anything like this in my life. The parking lot was filthy. The trash cans outside of the target were overflowing with trash and trash was all in the ground near the entrance the shopping cars were all over the plazaand the store was incomplete disarray. I never knew target could be like this.

Went in to buy a TV the attendant could not be bothered to be even talked to. They told me they were going to get someone to help me buy a tv. Waited 20 minutes and left the store only to see the attendant hanging out at Starbucks

Bottom 3 Target in Charlotte metro. Typically you’re paying a premium to shop at target but nothing feels premium here. Tons of empty shelf space in areas beyond grocery. Toys and collectibles are quite bad nowadays. Grocery is reasonably well stocked, but not sure it’s worth coming just for that when you can’t get the things you need in other parts of the store.

Had a negative experience in the self check out lane with the employee monitoring it. Myself and my friend overheard the woman call us stupid in Spanish twice fairly loudly to another employee assuming we couldn’t understand her. She told us we couldn’t use the self checkout as we had too many items even though the two of us were checking out separately.

This Target needs a COMPLETE OVERHAUL MAKEOVER! From the food court, to the actual store itself. Self check out I get it needs to be minimized but when the line is halfway to the back of the store, there needs to be more than 2 registers open. I frequent it because it's closer to me but damn, I have to drive to the one in Steele Creek to get the items I need due to them having a bigger store and more variety of items

Today was not a good day here at the store Waited over thirty minutes for no help. NOT POLITE. CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE Lack of customer service. Managers on duty Nowhere to be found. Overall I felt mistreated. Also the aisles were very unorganized. Outside
Parking lot not clean or no one sweeping.

This store has gone down hill. I used love shopping here but the service is AWFUL. Most employees are unfriendly and almost run over you with the restocking bins they push. Enter at your own risk.
