At one point in time, I gave a card to the customer service counter thanking the employees of the store so I know it’s not them, but this one star goes to the corporation. For ending its DEI because you see I’m part of the diversity and apparently I didn’t spend enough money with you for you to love me back!

Terrible location, with employees that obviously do not want to be there nor interact with anyone. The inventory is so low I thought it was surely about to close, but no, most of it has apparently been stolen and they don't feel inclined to replace it.Order online or drive to a nicer location!!

Not sure if it is just this Target, or all the locations. As a new mom who was gifted an absurd amount of size one 1 diapers, the whole $100 cap return policy is ridiculous. People steal regardless. Adding this policy isn’t going to stop that. Not allowing parents to exchange DIAPERS for their baby is ludicrous. They would not even allow a diaper exchange. We didn’t even want store credit. The woman gave us the wonderfully stupid idea of finding out who purchased the specific box and ask for a gift receipt. Clearly does not realize how difficult it is to track down who bought you a box of diapers when there are multiple brands and sizes received from multiple people. I wish I did not spend money on the Target Annual Membership. Doesn’t get you much in the end.

Yesterday I went to buy something and it was a large package, when I got to the register he told me in an unkind way to use the autopsy, there was no one else and he refused to serve me.

I come to this target all the time because they tend to have everything I need in stock. Today is the first day that I needed to talk to someone within the pharmacy and they were extremely rude and nasty for no reason.

The best Target to shop at in Charlotte very quiet and peaceful vs other locations. They have a self checkout (now they added 4 more self checkout) and at least 2 registers open. Could use a produce and fresh groceries section vs the limited grocery section they have.

Customer service worker was awful 2/23/24 7pm!!! Extremely rude to me and did not want to help fix a simple issue. The way she spoke to me was ridiculous.
The whole place was a mess, no cashier's, teenagers running around saying inappropriate things to customers. Hope this location shuts down and everyone loses their jobs.

This company gave my paid for item to a random person without IDing them. I needed that item immediately. Now I have to suffer and wait for refund because of their incompetence. I will never order here again.

Not the target experience I’m used to…give these girls something to do! They didn’t greet anyone, they acted like they didn’t want to respond to my greeting, and Tori acted like I was bothering her when I asked for help. NO NO NO!!! NOT TARGET BRAND APPROVED!!!
