Unfortunately this time my experience was not wonderful! My merchandise was damaged and it was an agonizing multiple trips to get these pillows that have pulls in them and now I have to repeat this process to return them!! Ugh

This store was being trashed by several groups teenagers and security did nothing. The customers were left to fend for themselves as they were screamed at, products was getting trashed and the parking lot was a water gun war with cars racing around everywhere. it was dangerous. An employee told us, "Welcome to a typical Friday or Saturday night at Target. We deal with it all the time." Nope, not again. Target is too expensive to have to deal with this junk.

Wendy in returns is so helpful!!! Helped us today and made returns so easy.
I am also always come to target at blakeney and it’s a great experience. Often clean, good variety of products, and nice staff.

When I went to shop at the target in blakeney, I went by the sports aisle. I saw a ball on the floor and went to pick it up. Then, a target employee came and kicked me out for no reason. Wish I could rate this zero stars.

Beware of ordering online. If they deliver their order to the wrong address. They will not refund your order. Even if the picture provided of delivery doesn't have the same color front door or paint as your own house.

I have been going to this target for years and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and filthy and smell horrible! Today there was a bunch of toilet paper clumped on the floor. Whoever is in charge needs to make it a priority to do bathroom cleans at least every two hours! So gross!

I went to optical section and the customer service was terrible. The two white workers, a man and a woman didn't even address us as we blacks entered, but one of them did address the whites that came in. They were just not friendly! They seemed to be uncomfortable with ppl of color in Charlotte that's crazy. Clt is so diverse. They should choose another profession where they won't encounter ppl of color. I chose to not allow them to disrupt my peace and i chose to walk in the Love of Christ bc if I'm going to be like Christ, I have to act like Him.

I worked at this location 12 years ago as a picker for back stock, and was terminated for struggling hitting the 100 item per hour quota. I would have probably been employee of the month by today's standards.
Now, this location struggles keeping anything on the shelves. Not a single employee would have made it at this location a decade ago. I frequent this store, Wesley Chapel, Stonecrest and Monroe. This one is by far the worst. Monroe is the best for general goods, Stonecrest is best for groceries. Just avoid this store if you can help it.

I have been loyally shopping at this target location for 7 years. Today, I wanted to purchase two Starbucks gift cards for $10 each. My order total was way higher than I expected, and I checked my receipt to find I grabbed two four packs of $10 gift cards, so instead of spending $20 I spent $80. I went to customer service and they would not refund me any money. The manager, Anthony, wouldn’t even speak to me personally. When the associate asked if they could do anything, he just shook his head. This is false advertisement, and the associate told me that because of the “fine print” they wouldn’t help. The price written on these cards should be $40. We will never shop at this target again.
