The fitness studio is a great environment to workout. The staff are upbeat and friendly. The studio is always clean and the equipment is well maintained.I've been working with Chad for several weeks. I chose him because of his expertise, credentials, and his 20+ years of experience. I am 50+ so I wanted to make sure the person I worked with understood the difference between a 30 year old body and a 50+ one, but would give me the result of looking and feeling like I was back there again!When I heard Chad is certified in orthopedic exercise, pain-free movement, sports nutrition, PNF stretching, and fascia bodywork, I knew I would be in good hands!When you walk in the studio his upbeat, high energy greets you. He has extreme passion for what he does and for his clients. He meets you where you are, then propels you to the next level. He focuses on strengthening, balance, form, posture, and movement. All while making you feel comfortable and encouraged.If you are ready to move to a higher level in overall health and well-being, Chad is your guy!Good luck!

Fitness Studio is THE place to jumpstart your fitness routine. I have been training with Chad and he has helped me improve my strength, stability and form over the past few months. Chad listens to you and what you want to achieve, as well as challenge you to push yourself and see the change you want to accomplish not only physically but also increase your confidence. In addition Chad offers stretching sessions that I never miss and highly recommend. Overall I would highly recommend this personalized one on one trainer approach and Fitness Studio.

I worked almost exclusively with Kayla both in groups and individually. You are pushed as much as u need to be pushed. I lost and kept weight off as I worked out with her- I know I would have lost more if a followed a more strict diet but I just aimed to be more intuitive while eating and exercising constantly and getting stronger. Even taking 2-3 week break from working out- I did not gain weight. I trust her to work with your body and your abilities to the fullest extent. I would definitely recommend her.

I have had several strength training and body work sessions with Chad and am so lucky to have found him. He has a real passion for this and decades of experience to share. He also really likes what he does and cares about the individual. He is a great trainer and teaches me new things with a focus on form and making it customized to my goals. I feel great after each session. Highly recommended!

The Fitness team here is hands down amazing! Training is 1 on 1 and I’ve trained with them all— you can’t go wrong. With commitment and healthy eating, this team will help you meet you goals in no time! I lost 10 inches and 9lbs from my frame in just 45 days!!!Please go see CHAD!! He’s a fantastic body-movement (athletic stretching) trainer! He’s replaced my massage therapist!!

I work out with Kayla, and occasionally Jackie, the owner. They push you hard, but they’re both very approachable and as someone who’s not a body builder, just a suburban working mom looking to stay healthy, I’ve never been made to feel like I didn’t belong.

Overall, highly recommend!! I started working out with Jackie and Kayla at the Fitness Studio in August. I was very hesitant at first as I hadn't worked out in a while and never used a personal trainer before. The workouts are fun, ever changing and dynamic. I never get bored. The best part is I am getting the results!!

My fitness trainer Chad is very knowledgeable, professional and encouraging. He takes the time to ensure I am using correct form to not only avoid injuries, but to get the most out of my workout. I was also very impressed with the technology of the 3D scanner and it’s accuracy. I am excited to use it to track my progress!Highly recommend!

The Fitness Studio has all the services you need to meet your goals. I was a competitive ballroom dancer for greater than 15 years, so I am no stranger to orthopedic injuries and the benefits of proper stretching. Chad is an amazing trainer with a solid understanding of body mechanics, injury awareness and injury prevention. I've seen plenty of physical therapists and have had MAT work over the years...DON'T SKIP THE BODY WORK! It's totally worth it to keep your joints healthy and Chad knows what he's doing. The 3D body scan is a great tool to give you a fitness baseline and track your goals. Definitely a motivator for me to see what a few months off from a hip injury produced! This is a great studio and I highly recommend.

Jackie is on the ball, Kayla my fitness trainer pushes you to meet your goals with proper form, motivation, and nutrition. She takes the time to know what your goals are and holds you accountable. I highly recommend Kayla.
