Awesome place . Dr. Frank came by my restaurant and recommended I stop by for a session. Got me feeling great and I didn’t really realize until a few days later lol. I can’t even explain it I just feel way better than I did before.

Visited their office today at lunch. I was treated by Dr. Levi and had the best adjustment EVER!! I felt immediate relief from his innovative ways to adjust from problems that I have had for a long time....Wrist, TMY, Knee and ankle and overall posture and upper back. I had the same issue as it appears others did at this location and with this company. I signed up to have a specific issue addressed, and ultimately am going to have it resolved with my ortho. The cashier did not clearly mention that I was signing up for a 2-month membership, NOR did she inform me that the $80 would continue to be taken from my account on a monthly basis. I only went once, and realized my account was still being drafted after three months. After calling and attempting to cancel, they informed me I have to physically come in to cancel the membership. I travel during the work week, I am active military - and am out of town often, so this is highly inconvenient. Additionally, this is clearly a business tactic to make it inconvenient for people to cancel memberships and continue to draft money. This is a business tactic throughout the corporate world (i.e. cancelling cable!), but I would not expect such a tactic from a medical institution. While the individual I spoke with did extend the time in which I can come in and not get charged again, they were inflexible about waiving the requirement to come in-person. And "it's in your contract" is not an acceptable answer when it comes to positive customer interface. Just because you put this in the contract does not make it an acceptable business practice.

I never thought I would be singing the praises of a franchise chiropractor. But here I am. This is an amazing membership. I am out of town for work and had a terrible headache. Feeling desperate I went to Dr. Franklin on a Sunday. His care, concern and follow up are unmatched in the 20+ yrs I have been going to chiropractors. I go to his location mostly but I also go in my hometown, I even went while I was on vacation in Vegas. Travel is rough on my body. The hours are great and available 7 days a week.

Took my mom in since her shoulder has been bothering her for the last couple of months. Dr. Franklin Kelly was super thorough and patient. He told us what we already suspected - that she probably needs surgery. Even so, he still took the time to explain things to my mom and adjusted her as much as he could before referring her out.

Love Dr. Kelly and would always prefer he adjusts me, but today had Dr. Austin (I think that was his name) and he was, to my surprise, very thorough and did a great job.

This location is the best! I have been to The Joint Chiropractics all over the country and the doctors at this location give the best adjustments with great attention to detail and problem areas. The entire office is friendly and attentive. Excellence is on full display at this Joint Chiropractic.

Be careful signing up for a “membership” with the Joint. I’ve been charged the last 6months for a membership I cancelled in May. Apparently you can’t notify them in writing or over the phone you want to cancel. You have to come into the office to allow them to sell you a different plan and keep you on the ‘teeth’. I imagine most of the reviews they have are from a bot, employees or a marketing agency. Would’ve given them 0 stars if it was possible.

I drive far to come to this location. It is extremely different than most other Joint locations. These practitioners care. They are spiritually fit perhaps..many others are plastic smile ...empty shell...do a quick adjustment and tell you that is it..dont ask you much....do it so quick.....I end up having to go back the next day many times...to pay extra...

Dr. Frank is the best! He knows so many different ways to manipulate the body to realign it. He will try a different way when my body is not reacting to the first way. He is kind and respectful too.
