I had such an amazing experience at Tillys! Hailey and Isabella went above and beyond to help me and my friend, even though it was close to closing time. They were patient, friendly, and really took their time to make sure we found exactly what we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Great energy and great service, definitely will be back!

Worst experience ever. I wish I could give no stars at all.
I wasted 200 dollars on stuff that still hasn’t arrived. Customer service won’t make it right either.
Don’t waste your time or money in this horrible company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would I ordered online it stated that my payment was unable to go through I did it twice because I’m thinking why wouldn’t it go through on the second time it states unable to except payment okay np ! Go check my bank they took the funds out twice and here we are on day 4 the funds have not been put back in my bank I understand that they have a pre authorization hold but if it states your unable to except payment why did it take. I could’ve purchased from a different website but I’m waiting for the funds to show available to do so. I have ordered from different sites and had the same issue but money was placed back the same day or right after. And for this reason I would never order anything from here again online
I did reach out to CS they state a failed payment will hold for 5-7 days which makes no since so you hold my money until you release it wow

I’m not one to write reviews but Lauren was the absolute best from top to bottom. I ordered the wrong fit online and took them to the outlet store and had a great experience. Lauren was at the door when I walked in took my items while I looked for a replacement and when I didn’t find the size I needed she went above and beyond to get what I wanted ordered all while having a line and helping other associates. She kept her composure and was super cool! Thank you, Lauren! You rock!

My experience here at Tillys was absolutely amazing. I'm not from this city and I enjoyed my time at the outlet in Charleston,SC. My sister and I happened to just be walking after checking multiple stores and we came across so many cute jewelry items. Hopefully they do not turn brown I will update my review after awhile if they do. Thank you everyone that works at tillys for servicing us.

I bought a pair of checker vans in August 2021 and the color completely faded. Clearly, the quality has diminished and my money has gone into the garbage. I payed $70 for this shoes to be thrown out. I do not recommend to buy shoes here.

Awesome store, great variety of clothing especially back packs and hoodies. Lauren had helped me while I was here and was outstanding with all my questions, very polite and professional!

Everything is overpriced and the stitching falls apart or there is loose thread everywhere.. it's honestly not worth it if the clothes will fall apart in your closet. Cant imagine what dye they use.. their clothes probably rip and tear in the washer/dryer. 30-40$ for a top or bottoms? Think again!

I will NEVER order from this company again. Order was stolen from my house while I was out of town. Took way longer to deliver anyways, took almost 2 weeks. I waited daily for this package. Just to have not get it and them say there's nothing they can do about it. So now I'm out almost $200. Worst customer service I've seen in awhile. As I see for the reviews I'm not the only one complaining. This review has nothing to do with any particular store just the oy place I saw to review them. F--
