Hopefully Comcast see’s this. They need to open up down here.
Spectrum is the worst. / whenever it was time warner they were better is still really surprising to me.
I still don’t understand why comcast isn’t available here. Xfinity is so much better than anything spectrum has going for them.
I never needed any apps when I xfinity in Pittsburgh.
They have such a large variety of free movies you can watch. Didn’t need Netflix, Hulu etc… but with spectrum the phone is slow, the signal goes out once a day.
The tv is over priced and wants you to pay more to get everything that a basic xfinity home package offers.
Charging people more for less because you are the largest provider in the area but you provide a worse signal.
Must be y’all’s motto because. Y’all are like the Panthers football team.
Been good, but those days are long behind you.
A lot of issues at the top of your organization. That organization is only making people want you gone, so someone else can restructure.
Or a new team can take over that gets the job done for the city.
Your google rating is low enough to make a difference because yall don’t have anyone holding you accountable.
I hope better finally comes along down here and yall are shown the door.

Really disappointed with Spectrum Internet, I downgraded from 500mbts to 400 mbts and my video quality went down I called them up to change to my original plan again but to do that I had to pay almost $90 if I was told that I wasn't going to be able to go back to the old plan and it was going to be twice as expensive I would not have even considered changing the plan now I'm stuck with lower quality internet which is a shame

Absolute disgrace. Not only did the sales representative outright LIE about what they can do, the issue has cost me over $1600 now. After speaking with 6 different reps and 2 different supervisors to fix the issue were now forced to file a lawsuit in Mecklenburg county. Stay far away

Extremely underperforming internet. Countless issues the past month. Unexpected outages and connectivity issues that troubleshooting never fixes. Will be saying bye to their terrible service soon.

Spectrum has been horrible. After Hurricane Helene in September 2024 we were without internet service for over one month (and I work from home via internet). We did have electricity after one week.
Unfortunately, Spectrum did not communicate to the public for weeks. We had no idea when we would have service. Their communication was abysmal.
Furthermore, we were promised an automatic credit for the time without service (after we did have electricity). It’s the end of December and we still have not received credit. I have called them at least 3-4 times to request the credit. Each time I was told to hold on and it would be automatically registered. What surprises me is that when I called tonight, I was told they are no longer issuing credit and it’s too late. How is that?? I was told at the end of Nov that it would be automatically received.
At this point, we are beyond disappointed and disgusted by the way spectrum is treating survivors of a natural disaster. How many other customers are still lacking their credit and will not receive it?? Come on! Be better than that.

Shame on you Spectrum!!! Shame! You see these people, some of who are TRULY suffering, and most, who right now, cannot pay for service they didn't receive! In the beginning you promised you would at least do your part to not charge customers who didn't have your servuce. 4 times I was met with compassion, understanding, and promised I would be credited.. but boy how the tides of greed have changed! Now, on top of everything we're going through, we now have to fight you! For what? Not being charged for something we didn't get? We're not asking for a hand out! I thought it was just me, but local talk, and reading these reviews, I see, you, as a company are failing the customers you like to potray as important to you... Shame!!!!

Spectrum
If we could give y’all a zero we would. Hurricane Helene in WNC was devastating. Many, like us, were without service for almost a month. Some are still without, yet Spectrum continues to bill their customers. Being told it’s in the system and that someday they’ll be able to apply a credit to our bills in WNC is the worst business model we’ve ever experienced. We were unable (like many others) to work without Spectrum services; yet we’re being billed for this time period. The discount should be applied to those in need that are back up & running immediately. Frustrating.
Also, we called in and spoke with a representative & tried the live chat support & called again at which time we spoke with a supervisor. All were empathetic, but not one of them could help with crediting our account post Hurricane Helene.
Spectrum officially took payment from us. No service. Hurricane Helene. No service. No credit yet.

Spectrum has continued to harass me at my residence with door-to-door salesmen. I have a no soliciting sign on my door. Teach your people to respect it. My dog barks and wakes my newborn when they ring the doorbell. "I'm not soliciting" was the response I got today. Your service is awful. I cancelled after a month of having it and switched to AT&T Fiber. You couldn't pay me to go back so please stay off my property.

YOU ALL SUCK AT YOUR JOBS...I WISH I COULD FIND A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE 10 STARS. Here is why...you monopolize an entire town and then only focus on being the best with the newest tech and speed. Guess what that doesn't work or mean anything when I have your so called 10/10 service but actually it's like 2/10. I am constantly for the best 5 years unplug and plug or restart the router 3 to 7 times a day everyday for 365 days. And you charge for that. Get your act together and actually give a service that is actually SERVING...maybe I don't know maybe that's a dumb idea what are your thoughts spectrum? God yall make my blood pressure rise. Literally all I want you to do is serve the product you say you serve like internet!!

Horrible Service! I can’t believe I was actually told I have to wait 35 days to have a technician come out to my home to install new service. Very frustrating, disappointing and bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to spectrum!!!!!

I know it takes time to get things fixed after a storm like Helene, but this is getting ridiculous. It has been a week now without Internet service, which my job relies on. The crews was almost had it last Monday or Tuesday. All the lights on my modem were on and not blinking. Wake up the next morning and everything was screwed up again. Then I find out there are thousands of customers several states away, that didn't even get touched by the storm, yet y'all managed to screw up their service to. Way to go Spectrum. Seems to me, you need to get people out their to fix the shit because, apparently the ones you got trying to get it done don't have a clue what they are doing. But, y'all still expect us to pay our bill and wait till next month for a credit on our bill

If only zero stars were an option!! After 8 days of no power resulting from Hurricane Helene to the Upstate of SC my family was privileged to NOT having Spectrum Svc for another 21 days. But let’s be clear because they continued to bill for services we didn’t even have. Services were finally restored on Oct 25, 24. And disconnected today for a past due balance of $40!!!!!!! Please Please rescue us from #Charter #Spectrum #Liars #Thieves #TheseJokersAreExhausting #NoCustomerRelations # Where’sMyHurricaneCredit!!!!!!!!

This company is no good been no service for almost a month they can’t fix it they will loose every customer that was affected by the hurricane in swannanoa they are referring customers to get at&t which is their competitor no time line can’t talk to corporate the bills aren’t going to stop and their credit don’t cover the full bill charter you are officially not for your customers I would love to speak to your ceo but you can’t call your corporate office just auto get redirected my goal is to put this in the public eyes so they can decide for themselves this company needs help

Been struggling with Spectrum TV streaming for months. After Helena I have found it's numerous people in my area that are having the same issues. Spectrum used to take your calls and tell you to restart your router and modem, now they don't bother to answer your calls. In all the months of issues there has been only one tech sent out and he politely said small towns get small service. Guess he was right.

Do NOT use Spectrum for any services!!! You will be extremely disappointed as they have unstable infrastructure to deliver the service you are paying for… I suggest using another provider if you want internet!!
