Best service!

Unreliable service, with slower than promised internet speeds. The last few weeks have been the worst I’ve seen so far. Service has been interrupted numerous times. My AT&T 5G+ has been much faster and more reliable.

Ms. Jojo's handling of my service cancellation request was less than satisfactory. The call, intended for a straightforward cancellation, extended to an hour due to repetitive discussions about available deals. This contrasts sharply with my previous experience with Spectrum, where cancellations were efficiently processed in a matter of minutes. During the call, there was an apparent lack of professionalism, as colleagues in the background seemed to derive amusement from the situation. I value my time and believe in the importance of efficient customer service. Unfortunately, this incident has left me with a negative impression, and I have decided to explore alternative service providers. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Time of the call: 4:14 PM cst. date jan 17th 2024

BEWARE THEY DON’T TELL THE TRUTH. They charge on a monthly bases despite when you cancel their service! Find out original date of billing cycle. One day over billing cycle they charge for entire month. They should inform you of this information when you call them! But they don’t tell you so they can make more money off of you even when not using their services!

Wasteful in sending mailed fliers after ive begged for it to stop.Waste of energy.Waste of ink.Constantly trying to have advertising fliers come.to my home, talking to a supervisor representative after explaining almost a dozen times, that 4 MONTHS AGO I DID NOT WANT SERVICE SINCE THE START UP INFORMATION, BILLING, TIMING, VARIED FROM PERSON TO PERSON OVER THE PHONE. Im sick of being told about an information form that I ALREADY HAVE REACHED OUT ABOUT THIS situation. Stop sending.

If you like getting an outage every other week, and have your WiFi drops at least once a day, then Spectrum is for you. This is not a paid advertisement.

I was a customer for 16 years. And really never had a big problem. Until I tried to cancel service. The only reason I wanted to cancel was because I was offered a better deal with Fiber Internet. I was offered deals to get me to stay, but I had already signed up with the other company. I was told my service would be cancelled. I went to return my equipment and was told I had to ship it! WHY??? It's on the desk in front of them.. why do I have to ship it?!?!?! Later I found out that Spectrum Stores are SUPPOSED to take equipment back, but a lot of times, they just don't want to deal with it. They would rather focus on NEW customers! After I shipped it back, I get an email saying "You've returned your equipment but your service hasn't changed.". I called and found out that the girl I spoke with 3 days earlier NEVER put my cancellation order through!!! They were apparently trying to hold off as long as they could so they could bill me again!! I asked for an email confirmation that my service was cancelled and was told I would get it. Later I was told they couldn't send me such an email. I went to my account on their website and removed my "method of payment". But I intend on having my bank BLOCK any attempted charges to my bank account or credit cards by Spectrum. I DO NOT TRUST Spectrum and wouldn't go back to them if they offered me service for FREE!!! You guys need to start being honest with your customers and caring about ALL your customers!!! Not just concentrating on potential new customers. You have people that have been with you for 16+ years and don't appreciate being lied to and given the runaround when they have a problem. These people deserve your attention and your respect too!!

What a bunch of crooks. Lost service multiple times per day, so I upgraded to their router. It got worse. I turned my equipment in, I’m done. So I thought. If you were in a new billing cycle, (which is different from when you get your bill) they do not prorate. They charge you for the entire month. This is theft. I will either be pressing charges, or they can see me on every past due accounts report. Sending them 1.00 for the next 230 months. ??

Poor Service. The service goes out way too much. And when it goes out, they can’t give you any estimated time when the service will return. When Spectrum has a monopoly in your area, and you are paying them $200 a month, you expect some level of service. We should be able to get at least a ballpark idea on outages so we can plan our lives. Obviously basic customer service isn’t part of Spectrum’s business plan.

How am i paying $140-$160 a month for your service to be down every single month more than two times a month and then you all take all day to restore service? I work from home and be having to worry about wether one little thunderstorm is going to take out my internet for the full night. This is ridiculous!

Terrible service, difficult to communicate with, overpriced and never delivers the speeds that we pay for. Their hardware is old and not configurable like a normal router - forces you to go through their cloud services instead of being able to log into the router locally - which is a necessity for me when I need to configure DDNS, port forwarding, and more detailed wireless settings. We dropped this service, finally after many years, once fiber optic was installed in the area. Good riddance.edit - I almost forgot to mention that we would lose service for hours at a time on an almost weekly basis. This is beyond frustrating when working from home as a software developer.

If I could give them negative numbers, I would. If you call with a problem; you're going to get transferred constantly and then disconnected. I don't want to go into all the other issues, simply because I don't have enough time. I also can't put the amount of effort in that they require to fix a problem. I've spent 2 months trying to resolve multiple problems and haven't gotten any further from the day I began. Best advice from a Purple Heart and Bronze Star disabled veteran, go with anyone except spectrum for anything.

Literally the worst service provider imaginable. I work from home and this is either the third or fourth time I’ve had to call about my internet going out when there are no other issues reported in my area. This is the only provider (and literally the worst) that’s in my area and once again as a work from home employee who has had MULTIPLE internet issues with spectrum I am being told that I may or may not be able to get help today. At this point it’s unacceptable. It’s BEEN unacceptable. Then they tried to offer another service WHEN THEY BARELY CAN KEEP THIS ONE RUNNING FOR ME. If there was another provider available in my area I would switch in a heartbeat because if I report an issue at 1pm on a Friday for an internet outage that is not the first time this is occurring I shouldn’t have to wait for an “escalation appointment” on Sunday at 5pm. So I just have to go the whole weekend and rest of my Friday workday without internet. WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IMAGINABLE.

It's a beautiful place to work! Friendly, understanding, and patient is how I describe the people here.
