T.J. Maxx is an off-price retailer where customers can usually find really good stuff at really good prices. The store offers an ever-changing selection of clothing, makeup, and other items. The visit can be alright, with some moments where things are organized, though merchandise can sometimes appear wrecked by customers. The clothing selection may not be impressive to some. Customer service experiences vary; it can be great, with employees described as kind, patient, eager, professional, and nice. However, policies like closing fitting rooms well before store closing can frustrate customers. Shoppers are advised to be careful and check prices, as discrepancies can occur. It is best to shop during clearance events for good deals.
Overall, not bad variety but it depends on what you are looking for. Women's, athletic gear, kitchen and bedding variety is reasonable but mens is very limited. If you have a teen son....the variety is very limited.

This location is clean and has a lot of unique finds. It’s a calming shopping experience but just like other stores, they barely have anyone on the register so the wait is long to check out.

The staff here are some of the friendliest people. Every cashier I have encountered have been sooo nice and pleasant.
