I recently visited this store with my daughter around two weeks ago and we had an unfortunate experience with an employee named Glenda, she works with the fitting room. My daughter simply stood infront of her while Glenda stood there on her phone not paying attention. My daughter being as young as she is didn’t know she should say something , and the employee responded in a rude and dismissive manner. This made her feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expect better customer service, especially when dealing with young customers. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a more respectful experience for all customers

Management is not a good example on how to treat customers. Monday night one stared me down and I stared back at her. Extremely rude customer service!

The employees at Starbucks were nice. The clothing selection was not impressive. The makeup isle was okay. Everything else was what you would expect.

They closed the fitting rooms 45 minutes before closing. When I asked why I was told by the cashier that’s just what they do. I’m not clear on why customers cannot try clothes on in a clothing store during hours of operation. I purchased four outfits I thought may fit, and am returning three today. So the time they saved closing the rooms early will now be spent processing my return.

It has its moments where things are organized, I'm sure it's not the workers,but the customers that don't care and just wreck the place. But overall u can usually find really good stuff at really good prices

I think this was an add on to Steele Creek shopping center before they never added TJ maxx (TJ Maxx use to be in Pineville where the Kmart use to be at), Five Below and all those smaller shops. They have good deals but its best to shop there during the clearance event. I did got a bag of pistachio had 2 different prices the cashier said it was $3 and not $2. But be careful with the lady in the fitting room with short hair she questioned to me about wearing a face mask. Its my choice and freedom if I want to wear it or not. Its personally keep it to your self lady!!
