The manger is so unprofessional and rude and definitely needs a training course on how to treat customers.She got mad at me just because I asked why my new ride is not ready for pick up today “as we agreed on the purchase day” and because I asked if not today then can I can pick it up tomorrow and at what time? She answered me with “I don’t know”.

I recently visited Trek Ballentyne and had an outstanding experience! I want to give a special shoutout to Michael P., one of their incredible salespersons.I was in the market for a new mountain bike, and Michael went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect fit. I would give you a 10 for getting me in so quickly and Ange was so friendly and helpful when I called to see if someone was able to help me before driving up there. I was trying to get there before the store closed on Saturday. I was very appreciative that you were able to get me in and fix a broken shifter cable that happened while I was on an BRASC event out of Rock Hill. I was put in a gear to get back to base camp by the SAG crew and rushed up to your store for the repair. The lower score is due to the frustration that the next day when I was riding I could not use the last smaller three cogs as the technician failed to check the shifting all the way through the cassette or he would have noticed it did not go down to the smaller cogs.. Since the SAG set me up to get back in that 3rd one that is where they replaced the cable too. I couldn't understand why I was pedaling like crazy and not getting any faster down the hills until I looked back to see the adjustment problem. On Sunday, I went back to Chapel Hill where my mother lives and the bike is kept since I live in Colorado. I had hoped to go to the Trek store in Chapel Hill and have them adjust it but didn't have time as I left Wednesday and had a lot to get done before departing. I am not back until April (barring no medical emergencies) and I am hoping I can explain to the Chapel Hill store what happened and they can take care of it.

Disappointed. Came from out town to check out some Treks. Was ignored by the staff as they chatted with each other behind the counter. I almost started to pull a bike down myself but thought I better not. My friend and I were the only customers in the store at the time. No one said a word to us the entire time.Decided to try the Specialized store while we were in town. Instantly greated as we walked in, asked what we were looking for, and an employee immediately started pulling bikes down to try. I test road 4 bikes in about the same amount of time I stood around the Trek store.I'm giving 2 stars as a benefit of the doubt and the store was nice and clean.

Great experience. I did some research on the Trek Verve 2 and came in to look at the bike. Steven explained all the features of the bike and let me test drive it.The final inspection of the bike was also done quickly and they got me out of the store in under 20 minutes.Overall very courteous and helpful staff.
