My son had his birthday party at Trifecta and he had a wonderful time! It was well organized and the kids had a variety of sports to play. Coaches AJ and EJ were great and knowledgeable. I would recommend!

Great personal training and group classes. EJ is a great trainer and is very welcoming. I feel like I've made a ton of progress since starting my training at trifecta. I would definitely recommend this gym.

Our family has used Trifecta for adult and kid personal training and group sessions for years. We love that they’re in our wonderful Oakhurst neighborhood and the trainers are super knowledgeable and kind. They’re flexible and work with your schedule. Give them a try!

My daughters have been part of a weekly softball clinic at trifecta for a few months and it’s amazing to see their improvement in such a short time; Stronger hitting, faster fielding and better form all around. Coach EJ creates a fun environment where they can try their best and make mistakes, but he will let them know if they are being lazy with their form! He gives a lot of tangible feedback that they quickly pick up and implement. Overall we love it!

My son has throughly enjoyed his sessions at Trifecta. He has learned a lot while playing hard in a fun atmosphere. Would recommend if you’re considering extra reps or training.

Trifecta Athletics truly made my son's 5th birthday party perfect! The team organized a range of sports-themed games, and the instructor was not only engaging but also wonderful with the kids. The overall atmosphere was laid-back, making it an easy and incredibly fun experience! Five stars all the way. We will be for future events!

My son had a BLAST at MLK Camp! They rotated through different sports and got helpful instruction for each rotation. He's also really enjoying baseball lessons. They do an excellent job keeping kids engaged and helping them develop their skills.

Mia loves getting instruction from EJ. His experience and expertise has helped increase her confidence and encourage her. Softball is a tough sport but EJ makes it fun and challenging to learn to be a better player.

If you go to Trifecta don't use Trey Hathaway. He is always late and very unreliable. Always seems like there is somewhere else he'd rather be.

We have gone to several batting instructors over the years, but our recent experience with Coach EJ at Trifecta was by far the most positive experience my daughter has had so far. It only took a few moments to realize Coach EJ knew what he was talking about, he provided great instruction, with a very positive approach. We are looking forward to working with Coach EJ!!!
