Wonderful experience anytime I talk to an employee whether in person on via phone. Extra special shout out to Jeremy Meeks who was so patient and kind and took the time to actually hear what I needed instead of pushing services that didn't feel relevant.

Since the first time I walked in the doors of Truliant 8 years ago, I have had all financial needs met. The interest rates are not out the roof and the customer service on the phone or in the building is professional. I have always recommended this credit union to all my family and friends.

I recently set up a checking and savings account and was assisted by the lovely Mila, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home! If it wasn’t for her conversation, we would’ve never realized I’m from the same city that she trains in for work. Off of that alone, we bonded over our similar experiences at places and she recommended plenty of other places here in Charlotte that can comfort me when I’m homesick. She also realized that I accidentally elected for a savings account, when I wanted a checking account as well—a simple error that would’ve made a big difference to me had I left assuming I was automatically appointed both. I was pleasantly shocked to find out they print cards in facility and their app is way more comprehensive than other apps I’m required to use, yet dread. If you haven’t switched from a bank to a credit union, this is your sign✨

I have been looking to refinance my vehicle. Truliant wanted to charge 9.99% interest. If you want to use a credit union use skyla. They charge a 7% interest rate for the auto refinance

Awful awful awful! This bank is not what it use to be. Probably the worse credit union I’ve banked with. I am closing my account and will not return. The manager is not helpful and does not care about their customers.

New automated voice system is infuriating and unhelpful. You can only get inside by appointment, which there is nobody inside, but I can’t get in for at least 4 days. Very unsatisfactory customer service. Would probably do better at a big bank...

This location on soith blvd. Is far the WORSE truliance bank location. There NEVER open . today 9/2/21 i went into this locaton to deposit my payroll check and cash my tip check and I was informed by a rude teller that I could ONLY deposit both cks not get cash back on my tip check. I will NEVER go. K
