Truliant is a wonderful bank to have your accounts in. They really seem to care about the customer and in building relationships. That’s one reason my 9 year old has her first bank account with truliant. They all ways greet me by my name and acknowledge my daughter when she’s with me which makes us feel welcome.They are great at communicating and that’s , in my opinion is the key to success !

Really good staff but the procedure and timeframe for opening an account is very unproductive. They let you open an account deposit your money into the account so quickly, but the time it takes for the deposit to appear takes forever. We were told there is a department that needs to approve the deposit but we were never told that initially. If we had known that, we'd have followed up more frequently. Open an account a week ago and the deposit still has not appeared to the account up until now and it's holding up everything we need to use the account for. Businesses rely that when they open an account and deposit money on it, that it'll be accessible at a reasonable amount of time. I've never encountered opening a bank account that takes more than a week to be accessible and useful. Being backed up is not a reasonable reason at all. Whatever department approves initial deposits to new accounts must be staffed well if they are this backed up. No one should wait this long to be able to have a functional bank account. We are still awaiting our deposit to appear as of this writing. I'll update this review once things gets resolved.

Had a fantastic experience with Giorgia Mandel! She helped me obtain an auto loan in record time! More importantly, she was extremely nice and reached out to keep me posted about the loan's progress many many times throughout the process. Great customer service! Thanks!

The bank tellers were very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to update my address and last name, and they were able to complete the requests quickly and efficiently.

Great people and excellent service. I have been banking with Truliant FCU for over a decade now and most of the branches are good and online services are great. But, Waverly branch is best is best branch I have ever been to so far and best service experience by far.Doug and his team rocks !

1/14/20 (5) Stars 4:10 pm ET. Post sending an email to Autumn, she replied to the email and followed up with a call once she read my message. She understood my concern and truly engaged me as a valued client. I changed my initial position of leaving the bank, to one of allowing Autumn to perform once advised an issue existed. She, with professionalism and results explained Truliant's offering regarding my inquiries. I asked, and she delivered on the tasks we discussed implementing while on the phone with each other. This is proof positive that when you raise a concern before posting a negative review, provide the individual and/or organization a reasonable amount of information and time to respond. I'm glad I did, and Autumn is a bright person who understands the current Truliant portfolio of services.1/14/20 (3) Stars 2:40 pm ET Did not let account holder use restroom without appointment. Came back today to talk about international transfers, and watched in side staff not come to the door. Autumn was great. She was efficient in opening my checking and savings accounts but also was able to answer all of my questions about banking with Truliant. I don’t know what she is getting paid but it isn’t enough.She provided extremely better customer service than Bank of America where some branches aren’t open what so ever. Truliant also provides great rates on saving and checking accounts but also all types of loans.

I am very frustrated with this bank, fees are inexpensive But you pay dearly in other ways, holding your checks for days before deposit is valid, no drive thru, no lobby service without appointment, limits on the amount of money you can deposit with online banking, I started out really liking this bank but they have been a big disappointment.
