I attempted to file a claim with them due to a company I was dealing with breaching contract and me not being able to settle the issue with the company due to them closing. The new company that has taken over has blatantly said they won’t be honoring that part of the contract nor will any refunds be given for the amount that has been added into the loan amount. They refuse to give me my money back. I understand not being able to give me all of my funds back but to not be willing to give me anything back when I have proof the company breached the contract is barbaric to me. I thought they were a reputable bank and would do right by their customers. I was sadly mistaken. I’m not the only person dealing with this issue and wish I had gone with Bank of America or Wells Fargo as a bank instead. The other consumers who are dealing with the same issue have gotten their money back from them with no issues at all. I’m in the process of closing out my accounts and going with a bank that’s going to have my back as a customer of theirs. I will never refer anyone else to this bank

New to the area and chose Truliant as my Credit Union. Nice people and srvices, but drive thru service is horrid. No acknowledging your arrival, so your not sure if they see you. Takes forever to get service. Would like to see a policy of greeting the drive thru, even if to say I will be right with you.

Manager stepped up in my face after not being able to explain why I didn't have access to my money then I was assaulted by another employee they called th police and I waited they trespassed me . I've been a member for years and did thousands of transactions for hundreds of thousands of dollars. This will cost your bank truliant.

I walked in and out within 15min. Jennifer was was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to assist me with getting my existing account profile corrected. Thx Jennifer for paying attention in you training class, it obviously paying off for your clients. 1-Stop banking ROCKS!!!

They don't communicate with each other. We had to go to the other side of town to verify my husband's ID when they could have just sent a picture to the other bank. Very inconvenient when they could have just helped us out!

Most of the time i come to do cash deposit and the ATM no accept this deposit, this is frustrating.
