If I could give negative stars, I would. Hands-down worst customer service I have ever received. Sales man who claimed he was !second in charge' was rude, defensive, and had open hostility from the second I walked in the door. I brought in my phone for an appointment scheduled by Verizon (this location is a certified Asurion tech support)for a battery replacement. He kept saying I didn't need a new battery and that it was 'user' error. This was despite the fact that Verizon had set up the appointment and had authorized a new battery. He reluctantly snd begrudgingly took my device. Received a text the next day to come pick up my device as it was broken. When I arrived, I was told the screen has been broken when trying to replace the battery so they could not fix the battery and also would not fix the screen. Apparently, they are not authorized to fix two Apple parts on the same work order. I asked them to not include it on the work order and just do it themselves since they broke it. Meanwhile, there are posters covering the windows saying we fix broken screens and we offer diagnostic repair (see below). I was told that if I wanted the screen fixed, I would have to pay $419. They told me I had to go back to Verizon. Verizon told him me that they had to fix it. Now I'm in crosshairs without a phone and extremely frustrated.

They fix My game console HDMI but really didn’t repair it right at all. They actually broke my HDMI import some more and they broke my Motherboard I paid 180 to get it fix and y’all ended up broken it even more. I had another professional repair company to repaired it again. My import got fix in January 2023 and started to mess up 3 months after the repair for y’all guys. I would give this store a 0 star but they don’t have it so this store deserves the bare minimum. And for them to high price a repair nd don’t even fix the problem frfr is outrageous. For anyone looking to get the stuff fix here. Enter at your own risk. I feel overwhelmed like really disappointed at this store. Y’all posta be upscale smh. I’m highly devastated that y’all broken my game HDMI even more. Note( XBOX Series Next Gen Console)Edit(after I got off the phone with customer service. I went to the store in person. They was being funny, soo rude and They wasn’t trying to repair it or replace my console) y’all need to shut this business Down or something.)

I was still under warranty so when my screen stopped functioning it was an easy process to bring it in. They looked up my account via my cell and I was able to drop it off and pick it back up in three days time.

This shop broke my foldable phone's screen while replacing the screen protector under warranty. I am now in limbo with my device's manufacturer to get the device replaced because of UBreakIFix's mistake in replacing sa screen protector. Not recommended.

Staff is so friendly and helpful! A piece of my phone charger came off in the port and I walked in without an appointment - they had it fixed and back to me in under 10 minutes

They required me to make an appointment to get my battery changed. When I got there I was told I have to wait. That appointments mean nothing. That's not how I believe a business should operate I immediately left and went to the Apple Store. DO NOT USEMore expensive than apple and certainly not professional

Authorized Samsung repair service says they can't work the diagnostic software provided by Samsung. Suggests I order the part I think I need (speaker for the earpiece) and test it, no refunds if it doesn't work out. No place to sit while listening to the owner/manager (I presume) bark with impatience at the employee who is trying to help me.

They replaced an iPhone 13 screen that was cracked, then after a hike in the rain there was water damage. From rain. They said the warranty doesn’t cover water damage. The phone wouldn’t have been damaged from rain if the screen was working correctly. What use is a warranty when they don’t honor it. Poor business & customer service!

So just the other day, I open a claim with Samsung Care regarding an issue that I’m having with my device. I was instructed to visit the nearest authorized repair center, and this location was on that list and is closest to where I live.I called ahead on Saturday to see if I would be able to bring in the device that day or if I needed to schedule an appointment, as I know these types of businesses can’t just stop to fix your issue immediately by walking in. The store rep I spoke to Saturday (I want to say his name was Leonard but I could be so wrong). He was friendly, respectful, and professional despite the fact perhaps he was busy working on something else. Because he did say he wouldn’t be able to get to my repair until the following day. That was perfectly reasonable, and I said I’d call the next day to confirm.So now it’s Sunday and I called the store again, and another representative answers the phone that I knew was not the same associate who helped me. His demeanor was off-putting and the answers to my questions contradicted what the previous rep told me just the day before. I asked if he knew which rep I could have spoken to, as I wanted to come in when he would be working for the repair. The rep refused to provide any help with determining that person’s name. Had enough of this rep’s attitude, so I hung up and just decided I’d call again the next day.So it’s now Monday. I called the store hoping that I’d reach the same rep who I spoke with initially. It was the same individual I believe as yesterday. Just my luck.I don’t like to write nasty reviews because everyone has bad days, but everything about his tone of voice on two separate occasions was unprofessional, disrespectful, and just makes me want to never step foot in that store.I’m a very patient, respectful guy…even asked him if he was available if I came in today to assist me. His response was “well… just me here right now, so whatever you need done…definitely not happening today.”The only reason for 3 stars is for the individual I spoke with initially who provided a much better customer service experience.

My experience here was great. I had a bit of a complicated issue with my iPhone 12 Pro camera but they were really patient and explained everything well and I walked away extremely pleased. Highly recommend!

Called them in the morning describing my OnePlus phone's specific model and problem, they said bring it in, we'll be able to fix it in a couple of hours. Arrived at midday to be immediately told they don't fix OnePlus phones. Not even slightly apologetic about the waste of time.

My son broke his HDMI port on his PS5 and I walked in and dropped it off got and it was fixed in 30 minutes. These guys are fast and professional. I also got their protection plan while I was there because it made sense. And it's only $25 a month and they'll fix anything except phones. And you don't have to buy it from there unlike best buy.
