Not sure what kind of assistance they offer because so far they have failed me, twice. The last lady I spoke to was incredibly rude. When I tried to explain that I had a bad interaction with coordinated entry, she claimed that "maybe she has a point". I'm sorry, I'm not sure who you think you are - but I am not going to be spoken to like that. I was incredibly nice and civil. Even continued to engage after that and was directed to HIV housing assistance. She asked if that would "Help". When, at ANY point did I say I had HIV? Why would you even ask something like that? Absolutely disgusted. Useless.
