Never thought I’d be leaving a review for a UPS, but this one is special. I had to get some things printed for my business and everyone else I went to over-complicated the process. Jiggy and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend coming to this location!!

This UPS store is always great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Jiggy, the store manager, went above and beyond helping me get a package delivered on time. He even called me from his personal phone during a power outage after getting it rerouted following a failed attempt. Definitely something he didn’t have to do. Can’t recommend enough.

Nice staff. Quick and easy. Fully staffed near closing time.
Tips: you can’t see the store from the road. the store is in the big building, but its middle walkway lower floor.
Parking in the back is free.

Went there December 18 to mail a small package to Virginia, and the woman (without even knowing where it was going) said it would cost $52 to get there before Christmas. Paid $15 for cheapest way, she said it had a 1% chance of getting there in time, and now tracking says it's arriving December 20, wtf???

This store is amazing! I needed to print out things for a baby shower I’m hosting and the fedex store told me to do it online through canva and wasn’t very helpful. I decided to go the next day to the ups store and they took the time to help me figure out the right paper and sizes I needed to make the shower even more special. Thanks for being so patient with me! Everything turned out so pretty!!
