Though the service in the store is good. Everytime I shop online and its delivered through UPS. They always mark it as delivered or unable to deliver or either saying that I changed delivery method and I end up having to go pick it up. Do the drivers not even try or not want to work??? Its crazy everyone else is saying the same and nothing is being done about it.

No Shipping on Saturday's from the customer center at the distribution location. It's pickup only in Saturday and now closed Monday's.

The outside looks like a prison with super tall fencing and no big signage (blink and you'll miss it). You then have to wait in your car by the entrance for a security guard to slowly walk over to you. He then asks your name and reason for your visit. He then tells you exactly what spot to park in. You walk inside of what looks like a giant hole blasted in the side of a cold, drafty warehouse. There was a long slow line and ONE employee. (This is normal aparently based on the other customers) Two of the customers left angry after their packages were sent back yet they JUST received notification today. I was there doing a favor for my mom by simply dropping of a return. The very stern acting lady proceeds to ask for my i.d.?!? (I'm sure I've returned over a hundred packages to other locations over the yeara and NEVER had to give my i.d.) This whole process from pulling into this "prison" to exiting took approximately 45 minutes (with 5 people in line). RUN dont walk to ANY other location unless you're bored and seek adventure!

Awful experience. Was told notified that a $500 dollar package was delivered. Looked around for it, wasn't there. Our Ring camera showed no UPS drivers even came up our street. Upon attempting to file a claim after I was sure it was not delivered, UPS did not allow me to file one. I tried calling this customer service center to which the idiotic robot just told me to file a claim, and I was never able to get in contact with any REAL person. Then I had to jump through hoops just to find an email address to file a complaint. Then I had to make an account just to get the email address. Overall, terrible experience, terrible customer service, and I am out a $500 package. If you didn't deliver the package, don't mark it as delivered. Simple. I planned my week around this package getting delivered today, so this is a major inconvenience and a waste of time.

If you love the thrill of never knowing if you'll get your package, go with UPS. But if you actually want to receive your package and live in the Charlotte area, pay whatever amount it takes to go with literally anyone else. At this point, any other delivery service in Charlotte (USPS, FedEx, Amazon LaserShip--heck, even your average Doordash driver) are more likely to get you your package. The facts are, no matter how many times UPS has delivered to your address in the past, your local delivery driver may at any point decide that your address is incomplete or incorrect. No matter what evidence you provide or how many times you try to resolve this, there will be nothing you can do. In the mind of UPS, your address has ceased to exist. While trying to resolve this, UPS's customer service will tell you that the local dispatch will reach out to you. No matter how many times you're told this or how many different ways you reach out, you'll never be contacted. (Maybe in other cities, but not in Charlotte.) Each time, the customer service representatives will just tell you to keep calling back. If you're lucky, you'll finally get your package only after paying extra for the privilege of picking it up from UPS yourself.Edit: No hate to the employee who responded to my review, but I promise I reached out over social media (and phone and email--all multiple times) before writing this. Messaging over social media won't give better results than any other way of reaching customer service when the problem is local. It'd be more helpful to provide a direct phone number or literally any other method to connect with local dispatch directly.

Driver posted my package as undelivered, I was not home. He is a liar. I watched him stop 600 feet away at the end of my driveway. He made no attempt to come to my house. Called the dispatch center. They said they would call back later with an update. That was yesterday and still no call. I know your response. It will be the canned robot message that you send everyone apologizing. How about a real person that means it.Oh look! 18 minutes for the robot to answer my complaint.

Worst experience. Had a $400 item on 2 day shipping. The day of delivery, the driver never pulled up to my building and marked it as undeliverable (I live in an apartment complex that has a pull up lane that I have seen every other carrier use). Called customer support to help with the issue, after 6 hours of calling and the support center, and them contacting this place several times, saying they would call me to help get the package delivered, I was never called and package was never delivered (even offered to go outside and wave down the driver if I had to), I waited at the door of my complex for the truck to arrive, it never did even though I was told they were going to make a second attempt. After all that I asked for the package to be held so I can pick it up from the facility. They ended up sending back to the sender all the way in Texas. If you have a package here, good luck, you will not hear from this place and the driver will not attempt to deliver to you.

When I arrived and went inside the office was empty. I stood around for 10 minutes wandering around and trying to look around corners to find someone. When the person eventually came out they acted like that was completely normal.

UPS “next day” delivery has taken 7 days so far. It finally arrived in Charlotte today on Saturday but will sit there another two day and they won’t even let us pick it up. US snail mail would have been way faster.I call this location and am not allowed to speak with a human being.

Poorly handled communication about delivery of package. My package was set to be delivered to my old address on mistake and was attempted to be delivered but was not because I obviously don't live there anymore. So I called the UPS number, payed for it to be held at this location for same day pick up. I drove out of my way to get there but was told it was on the truck and I couldn't get it today, that it should be ready tomorrow for pick up. Well I get home and about 2 hours later my delivery status updated to say it was returned to sender. So they took my money for it to be held at this facility and still returned it to sender. The communication for their customer service department needs improvement.

Ups was once the best in the business. The local hub staff is rude and incompetent down to the old security Guard .The way they communicate with their customers is not acceptable. The website tell you one thing and customer service tell you something else. Their AI is so frustrating and horrible
