I ordered a package May 21 2020 that was suppose to be arrive at my house May 22 2020 at 10:30am. The time is now 4:20pm and my package has still not arrived. I’ll be sure to order from FedEx next time.

UPS at 4400 yorkmont is not a distribution site they don't process packages there. We only get the packages from the plane everything is processed at the hub off of Graham street to be processed and taken to airport to fly

The signage by the door says that packages can't be dropped off at this location. On the way out of the parking lot, I saw the UPS drop box which is what I was actually looking for. The signage by the door should be updated to reflect that small packages can be placed in the box and large drop offs need to use another location. Last pickup as of today's date is 8:30pm.

Drop box is way too small. A fairly small Amazon box won't even fit in here. Also pick up is at 830pm.

The posted last pick up is 20:30. The box should be a lot bigger for the amount of mail and small boxes.
