We had to send off a notary and we were so lucky to have Dee to help us! Super funny and sweet, she help explain everything to us and was very quick. Honestly couldn't ask for anyone else! We will definitely be using the UPS store from now on! Thank you!!

There was an issue with a package I sent being held at a UPS location across town after a failed delivery attempt that I was unable to retrieve. I did not have the best of luck with customer service so I went to the UPS store and explained my situation to Dee who went out of her way to drive across town after her shift to retrieve my package for me to come and pick up the next morning and ship again. You do not see service like this anymore! I am so grateful for her!! Thank you Dee!!

The store is slow and trash. They mess up orders and shipping won’t take responsibility for it then expect you to pay full price again to re ship. I will never use this location again.
