My issue is with the woman doing Notaries on 2/21/24. I needed a passport application from another country notarized and while she couldn’t help and I completely understand why (the passport application itself is dumb but that’s not in my control), my issue was with her tone and volume. This is a small store and they were other people in there as she spoke as loud as she could it seems, telling me why she couldn’t help me. I don’t need other people in my business and it was embarrassing to be “yelled” at in front of others. I’m a grown woman not a child. I understand this could just be the way she speaks and she wasn’t trying to be rude but this is how it came across. She made an already stressful and annoying situation, worse. The tone and volume was just a bit much. Again, I’m giving her grace that that is just how she speaks but I’m also making it known that I did not appreciate it. Anyway, I ended up going to an actual notary office and they were able to help me, explain why they could and had alternatives in case that didn’t work. They were better equipped. And kinder, might I add. If you have something simple that needs to be notarized, by all means go here. If it’s a bit more complicated or you need additional information, you may want to go to an actual notary office.

Amazing!!!I was shipping products to Toronto but had some trouble clearing customs for 3 days. They called both me and the Canadian customs every single day until it arrived.Great staff and great customer service

Pretty bad experience. Went in for a Nike free return with a QR code for return on my phone. The employee instead asked me to email the return label to them and have it printed for $3. At this point, my Nike free return is no more free. I complained to the Nike Customer Support and they said that is not how the return through UPS work.

Outrageous pricing. I’ve never had an issue with the service at this location, but the pricing is a complete ripoff. Don’t bother going there if you don’t have everything packaged, they’ll charge you about 5 times what would be fair. They’ll be happy to charge you literally 5-10x the price for a box you could get at Lowe’s or Office Depot. Today I needed a document notarized, something your bank will do for free. I was in a rush so I went stopped at the UPS store to have it notarized, there were 7 areas in the document that needed a notarized signature, they charged $10 for each. Absolutely outrageous to charge that kind of money ($70) for a service that most banks offer for completely free and took less than a couple minutes. Charging $10 would have been fair. Also, they never said it was $10 each signature until it was signed. I’d only drop off prepaid packages here or at least pre packed. I’m happy to pay a fair price, but you always feel like you’re taken advantage of here.

I was looking to send a Fed Ex store and apparently UPS has overtaken the search for Fed Ex in Google maps, very frustrating. I went in out of convenience and was told it would be $122 for overnight express or $89 for overnight. I found a fed ex where the gentleman properly packed and shipped my package for $55.05 without trying to sell me on extra insurance.

Great customer service at this UPS Store. Locally operated - very clean and friendly associates. This is our favorite location for all of our shipping needs.

As some of the reviews say, avoid this store if possible, the woman that "helped" me was extremely rude and did not have to be giving snarky remarks back to a customer. I have been to almost all the ups stores in the area and will definitely avoid this one in the future.

The guy at the store is extremely rude. His name is Ohygiene. He seems to have a preference on who he wants to provide excellent customer service to. He doesn’t seem to be able to be pleasant to more than one person or anyone at at time. He has extremely poor customer service. I never feel welcomed when I go. Overall this location has bad customer service

I was away from home visiting family when I got an urgent call from my attorney to have docs signed, notarized and returned immediately. I was so relieved to be able to accomplish everything at this location. They were so accommodating and I would have been lost without them. Thank you!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this location and the owner! I frequent this location for shipping needs and Amazon returns, but today I was in a bind and needed help with a unique printing order on the fly. The owner is wonderful and she worked with me to come up with a solution and get me what I needed quickly.I have typically used other companies for printing, but the owner showed me some of the new equipment they have invested in to level-up their printing and production capabilities. She has been in business for 25+ years and it's obvious she continues to invest in her business and find ways to innovate. Moving forward, I will be coming here for my printing needs.
