Would give this location ZERO stars if I could! Do whatever you can to stay away from this location. Store lost my package and did everything and their power to not help whatsoever.

Beware that this location does not offer notary services despite allowing you to make a notary service appointment online and advertising notary services in their window. I made an appointment and showed up at the correct time only to be told that the system “shouldn’t have let [me]” and that there is no notary at this location. I was sent to the next nearest location with a notary, which was 20 minutes away in Huntersville. The counter associate at this location was friendly and the notary issue isn’t her fault, but this is something that the store manager needs to address.

I dropped off a brand new Innovia slushie machine that I bought for a friend for their birthday… I paid $393 for the machine and I paid between $37 and $39 to ship the machine regular shipping through UPS. They told me the machine will arrive April 16, 2025. When the machine arrived as scheduled, my friend called me and told me that the packaging was too large for the original box. The packaging from UPS was crushed and disheveled as well as the packaging inside, which was the actual box that the slushie machine came in. She said upon taking out the slushy machine the sidewall fell off, and she noticed that the clip was broken off and the screen to display reads OP as in the door is open, and the machine will not function. I went to the same UPS store to submit a claim, and they asked me if I selected the higher value or some high cost item insurance and I did not because that was never an option that was offered to me. No one said anything about it. No one explained that to me, and he said they will only compensate me $100 for the machine. I submitted the claim anyway letting them know that that was unacceptable and we will need to find a better resolution and they told me that the owner Mr. Patel would be in contact via phone call or email. It is now May 19, 2025 and I have not received anything, not a phone call an email or any communication about this claim. I also called the UPS one 800 number that I found on Google and they said that the Store never submitted the claim either as there is no claim on file for this tracking number and package. And from the looks of these other reviews I will now be taking this to the BBB and escalating it to corporate because I don’t think I’m ever gonna get a resolution from the store. Do not go here. I will be willing to change my review if this can be resolved in an ethical Manner!

I had a great experience at The UPS Store. The services were expedient and handled with efficiency, making my visit smooth and stress-free. The store clerks and representatives were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous—demonstrating a high level of professionalism and customer care. I highly recommend this location for any shipping or printing needs.

Everyone works differently and sometimes when a customer seems that the service is slow, could be because of the self-respect of patience. Ups stores and customer service has been the best from the first day mail and package 📦 were ever delivered. So, I and Mt family gives UPS a 5 star 🌟 thumbs up.

Be prepared to spend 40 mins here no matter what you’re here for. Slowest ups store in town and it’s not even close.

Stopped by The UPS Store at 8640 University City Blvd today, and I have to say, the staff here are amazing. No matter what you’re there for returns, shipping, or even just a quick question they handle everything with professionalism and a great attitude.
Even when it’s busy, they stay patient and helpful, making sure everyone gets taken care of. It’s nice to walk into a place where customer service actually feels genuine. If you need to ship something or get anything printed, this is definitely the place to go!

Smells of mold in this store. Service is not even average at best. I came here to drop off an amazon return and asked for a receipt and the guy looked at me like I was crazy. Will use another location next time.

I try to avoid this location as much as possible. I know it is in a college area, but the customer service here is terrible every time I come because of one employee. The large Caucasian, tall, dark haired man that usually handles the front desk is literally the worst. He is always coming off condescending or making the dumbest faces when you are asking him a question/trying to understand what he's saying, its ridiculous. I'm usually just doing Amazon returns, so there is no reason for some nasty attitude within a few minutes.
