I needed my passport renewed, so I came here for a passport photo. It was fairly busy, but the employees did an excellent job of dealing with all the clients quickly and professionally. They were also able to get me not only the photo, but to help me with the whole application. Overall was very impressed, especially with the guy who seemeed to be in charge.

It's crazy I came to give a review about my experience with an obnoxious oversized ginger Irishman who's employed at this location and to my surprise there are a lot of other horrible reviews. I've been to this location plenty of times to return Amazon items and never have I ever had an issue or felt so disrespected. I didn't get a return code this time but had to print (AT HOME) a shipping label for a small dog tag necklace...I bring it in and inform the oversized leprechaun at the counter that I'm not sure how this works seeing as it's usually a breeze, simple QR code no packaging no hassle necessary scan and leave. He tells me I need a envelope and can pay $2 for it which is fine...I go to my car grab an envelope now I need tape to tape the label I printed onto the envelope I come back in ask if I can use the tape or is that a charge as well he says I can use it so as I wait for another employee who I've dealt with before who is way more pleasant and has costumer service/people skills I take a small piece of tape and taped down the top of the label. The leprechaun comes from the other side of the counter and takes the tape and moves it to the other side of the counter INSTEAD OF HELPING ME/INFORMING me on how to package it correctly he says I have to use bubble wrap I'm asking why because I would like to understand and was told "IF I WANT TO DO IT THAT WAY I CAN SHIP MY STUFF ELSE WHERE"....I dnt think I ever been more embarrassed, who gets put out of a funky azz ups store...mind you I've worked for FedEx and the United States Postal Service. PLEASE DO BETTER!! RE-TRAIN THIS ONE IN PARTICULAR!! I do not know his name but I've given a great description. Regardless of company policies there is a professional way to deal with customers and this wasn't it!!

UPS Store/University City/Charlotte, NCI’ve never had this happen to me. I walk in the UPS store at University City. Usually, when I walk in I’m greeted and told “I’ll be right with you” if an employee was dealing with a customer, this was different. I walked in, I saw 2 guys in shorts(street clothes) using a printer. They looked like to people off the street. I waited, there was nobody else in line. The phone starts to ring, nobody answers, phone stops ringing.. well phone rings again, nobody answers. Someone else walks in the store, and another person walks in. I immediately think the worse. Maybe one of the employees is hurt and needs assistance. Maybe they were robbed. I walk behind the counter, I walk in the back towards the storage room. Nobody’s there. It appears the staff walked out and quit. Finally one of the guys working on the computer walks over, wearing cut off black shorts and a black hoodie(street clothes).. he says he’s an employee. I ask if he was sure? He said yes. I asked why didn’t he acknowledge anyone? I thought something bad had happened and maybe you needed help. I told him I walked behind your counter and went to your storage room to make sure nothing was wrong. His response(his name is Zack, I don’t think that’s his real name) was, that shouldn’t have happened. Honestly, the vibe he gave was, he couldn’t have cared less.Come on UPS, it’s 2024. Please tell me you can do better than this?

Notary services don't use the appointment online. Left work to get it done just to find out they won't be there until 5 and they don't use the online appointments. So you need to call or go somewhere else.

I am honestly not going to lie but this UPS Store is by far the worst, I’ve been waiting here long enough to write this review while I got 20 people behind me due to how awfully slow their employees move and its not even peek hours. This is ridiculous!

Always just one employee. Always a line of ten people deep. Always a thirty minute wait, no matter what you need done. Hire more staff!

This is the worst service I have ever received! I do not want to use this company anymore due to the service I have received at this location. It took two day for the manger to come in and handle my dispute. The manger told me he opens an investigation but for him to file a claim I had to bring an invoice to show the value the merchandise. Which he already stated that I would only be able to get a value of $100 due to me not being offered insurance. He also stated that he reached out to the facility and they said that my package was lost and that he should just start a claim. I called the facility myself after he said he called and they said the process was no where near started. Spoke to Melanie m. She said she can’t even see where the manager claimed that he called into the facility in the first place. This is experience has been very disturbing. He even said I quote “ they deal with a lot of packages things happen”. This is my company name and money that is on the line as well! This is worst service I have ever Received.

Absolutely horrible service. Ankur Patel (the owner) refused to return an item b/c he stated the box was in bad condition and I needed to buy another. The guy working for him was even worst with disgusting language ; after I was attempting to say that I can tape up the box and return it b/c Amazon said it’s fine they’ll take it even if the box has a whole in the side, the man below continued saying degrading things and ugly manners. The owner tried calming down the employee. I stated I was going to leave a review of how they spoke to me and this man below after taking a picture of him - he said “post my picture on the review and imma get you- I have your address” - that is terrifying and if anything does happen I will sue him. Also contacted UPS headquarters and they will investigate.

Are you kidding? I got charged $4 to print one 8.5x11 item on normal office paper. The receipt says $3 went to “computer use” even though I didn’t touch a computer.

Went to print and mail some things. It was crowded but the line was moving fast thanks for Ankur Patel. He was single handedly taking care of the noon rush of costumers efficiency and calmly. I was so surprised by this I had to ask his name.

Response to owner comment: I believe that action should have been taken long ago due to customer comments and your own, that state you will do better so we will see?I would suggest using a different store.PLEASE, PLEASE have more than one person ever working!No matter the time of day, just one person and a line out the door. If someone needs to do fingerprints, it's a 10 minute wait for that ONE person to finish and people waiting. I am changing my UPS store to somewhere else.

Sent an item back to Amazon on yesterday. At any OTHER ups store once I give them my Amazon package to be returned I receive notification within an hour that Amazon has received my return. So 8 hours later when I hadn’t received notification from Amazon regarding my return I called the store. I tell the young man my issue. He says “yeah we haven’t sent it out yet, but it will go out tonight “. Mind you it was about 20 mins prior to closing. Well here I am THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY and Amazon has STILL not received my return! Do NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They severely lack customer service skills and urgency clearly!!!
