Had a pretty annoying experience dropping off a return here. The bitter old guy at the front desk kept insisting I had to seal my package, even though my return instructions clearly said UPS would take care of it. Instead of just helping, he gave me unnecessary attitude and kept going on about it. Definitely didn’t need the hassle.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a UPS store! Chris waited on me, if you can call it that! He wasn’t just impolite, he was RUDE! And he obviously didn’t know what he was doing,took forever to accept 2 packages that already had labels on them. I will never go back, there are too many other UPS stores nearby.

I have been going to this location for a few years without an issue until now. I sent some documents, specifically two fingerprint cards which cost me $80 to get, to a contractor I work with in California. Despite me paying for tracking UPS lost it in their system with it disappearing somewhere in the chain. UPS refunded the cost of the shipping, but not my $80. I went into the store to discuss further and the staff there were great and I was told the owner would call me soon. That was a month ago. I have gone back three times over the past month and asked for my call but Ms. Hamile couldn't be bothered. I went in today and told them goodbye. I will now drive to the other location. I own a business also and when I tell a customer they will get a call they actually do because I care.

Any/all negative reviews for this store are from an average of FIVE years ago. This location is GREAT, and it has been for years. Zero problems. Quick. Friendly. Professional.

Did a google search for "free notary near me". This was the first hit I got and is relatively close to where I live. Told the person there I needed a document notarized. They asked to see my ID and had me sign on their iPad type device, then I signed the document. They put their stamp on it and then said that will be $10. Didn't say anything just handed them my card and left. Beware when google searching for free notary cause it's not correct, probably best to call before you go. FLY NAVY!!! Location was 4100 Carmel Rd B Charlotte NC 28226

Anyone who knows me knows that I am not big on asking for favors. But a few businesses heard my call for help and without hesitation provided services for Keith Austin’s celebration of life. One of which is…UPS at Olde Towne Shopping Center donated 4 large pictures of Keith , which will be framed and given to his family as well as 600+ memory cards that will be given to visitors at the celebration. And not only that, they completed the order in less than a day.A gracious, humble thank you UPS at Olde Towne Village Center who showed compassion to a grieving community.THANK YOU!

Seth and Robert at this UPS Store are truly the best. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate them and their customer service. The owners are lucky to have such nice young men working in this store. Thank you for all your help and keep up the great work!
