I agree with lot of reviews. Terrible customer service with particular employee. I came in with amazon returns (already labeled and boxed) and she rolled her eyes and said “oh they better not be all returns”. Like what does it matter to you? The store makes money off it. Sigh

I started visiting the Colony Rd. location, a few months ago. I knew instantly, by their demeanors, and the unfriendly way that I was greeted (if at all), that the two middle-aged ladies would be problematic. However, I quickly changed their attitudes, by striking up a friendly conversation. Basically, killed them (no, not laterally) with kindness—haha. It works every single time! I no longer dread going to this convenient location!
UPDATE 8/3/24: New, younger employees. Very friendly and extremely helpful. One young lady went out of her way to assist me with bringing in a very heavy parcel—without me asking for assistance. I do believe that the owner has taken note of the negative reviews, and is making changes to make this a welcoming store.

Logan Kelley has caused irreparable harm to our family by his actions in that store. This is not a simple customer service failure, but a truly evil series of events. Mike Kelley refuses to take responsibility for the damage done by his employee. If it were not his son, I think Logan Kelley would be long gone from that job. I beg the community to avoid this store as well as Arboretum, McKee, and Piper Glen UPS Store locations as they are all franchises owned by the Kelleys.

Horrible , borderline condescending comments by employees. Just one example, one employee said to me “I’m not going to argue with you” after arguing plenty. Anyway, my parcel was accepted just the way I had packed it, and receipt was provided. It reached it’s destination.
Some of the employees are nice, but most of them need serious help. UPS should care enough to train them right.

There was a mistake made when I tried to ship a package overnight air. I was very frustrated, but Lilly went above & beyond to make it right. The original mistake was not her fault, but she helped get it shipped again and proactively spoke to the owner on my behalf to ensure a full refund. She was very helpful and I’m grateful.

Anne is super rude and condensing. I feel like her customer service needs a lot of help. She made me feel stupid. If something is not included in a label that’s okay but you don’t have to be condensing and rude. She really needs to be talked to my upper management. Also, she is very demeaning to other employees. I heard her speak to a gorgeous blonde hair girl very rudely. If you at old age and hate your life maybe it’s time to retire. The bitterness is contiguous like when there’s a rotten apple in the mix of great gorgeous ones ready to be eaten.

The folks who work here seem to be really disenchanted ... barely say hello. Apparently not the only one who's noticed this. I usually go to the store in Arboretum where I am treated better. What is the core problem here? Does UPS care about the image it gives to their brand? I'd love to get a survey about my experience but you know they never send one when the service is sub par.

I wanted to print one b/w copy, clerk was tart and snippy with a look of disgust and claimed it would cost 3.25. Unbelievable! I will Never come here ever! Crooks!

I now see why they have other negative reviews. They are just not professional, helpful, or customer oriented here. They seem disorganized and like they just genuinely do not care about keeping or helping customers. I recommend going to the Arboretum location, they’re much better there.
